'The room was very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but what made the stay so wonderful was the staff. Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂'

'As a single woman traveling alone , the back of the property is a bit remote since in front of a soccer field but the parking lot is well lit . I just felt safer in a room facing the front . I had to change rooms for two reasons . My phone didn't work and the towels were stained . But other than that , this was a GOOD STAY! I was surprised at how clean the rooms are . The walls are freshly painted and have hardwood or tile floor .(Can't tell) .....but the floor was very clean . It was spotless....
