'Great location, walkable to everything and so much to do just steps from your door. The room had great sound insulation and I never heard any street noise despite being next to 2 live music venues. It was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. Parking was convenient and the staff were all amazing.'

'Dit hotel ligt prachtig gelegen tegen het centrum aan met mooi uitzicht over de baai. Kamers zijn wat klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Parkeren voor de deur en een mogelijkheid om overdekt voor de lamer te zitten met prachtig uitzicht. Daarnaast is er een zwembad aanwezig. Er wordt ontbijt aangeboden maar dat stelt helaas heel weinig voor. Al met al een goede plek om te overnachten voor een paar dagen en te genieten van st. Augustine. '

'Excellent hotel in fabulous location. overlooking marina, quiet at night, close to Aviles Street and local places. Staff were excellent, very accommodating. Please know that a $20 parking fee per night exists although is not listed in fees. Surprised to learn this on check in, we compromised on the two nights, paying only one night for parking. Other than that, great people and location. Rooms look like the photos. Recommend upstairs rooms.'

'The rooms were very clean with plenty of space for my husband and I. The breakfast was AMAZING! The only thing I will say is the check in, check out process was a little confusing because we didn’t realize we had to go into the restaurant. But when we figured it out, everything was great. If you like old Florida and your stay to be a part of your experience, I recommend! '

'We had a wonderful stay at Victorian House! The room and bathroom as well as the sitting area in our bedroom were pristine, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff was very courteous , helpful and went out of their way to make our trip super pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and very elegantly presented. The homemade cookies that were available throughout the day were absolutely decadent! It was fun to meet and chat with other guests while nibbling on simple but delicious appetizers...

'An antique lover will feel right at home in this clean but lived in dwelling which really uses its space carefully to provide all the necessary amenities. The location is wonderful but it was the little touches that won us over: Lavender sachet for the pillows, complementary wine, sherry, water, soft drinks, cookies, chocolates on the bed and a full breakfast in the morning in addition to the normal toiletries. It’s quiet too.'
