'We always stay at Drury in Brentwood Mo when traveling. This past trip was a little disappointing. We mentioned to the cleaning staff that we were ready for cleaning and returned to find the room untouched especially no clean towels.'

'Staff takes up the food right at the time they quit serving, even while customers are still eating. Bar staff makes your drink a double instead of letting you get your last two drinks if you get them just before their closing time. Then didn’t think any of that was right.'
