'This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation.

'The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing.
Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. '
