'They did not clean the room after the first night. In room dining was very bad. They served in a plastic bag. No Hilton standard at all.'

'The staff at the front desk was a little off, made me feel like I wasn’t suppose to stay at their hotel. I’m a Grown-up so I didn’t make it a big deal. I stayed my 3 nights and enjoyed Chicago and went on my Mary way . I will definitely stay there again because the property is beautiful and the housekeeping staff, dining staff and all other staff except the front desk were very friendly.'

'No refrigerator in room. You must go on a list for a refrigerator. When enough people check out you can have one of their refrigerators. It’s a terribly old hotel, the furnishings are old, the equipment old and noisy. Not what you would expect from a Hilton property.'
