'First ---the charge for parking is ridiculous. Then a $50 hold on incidentals. Then after checking out I see that I have an additional $250 debit on the card I used to cover the incidentals. The room was paid through another credit card. SO I am now having to deal with a fraud claim and deal with this headache. The person at the front desk could not see the charge, But that is because it's a weekend. So someone on staff decided to enter my card number to cover something. since the bank note...

'Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles'

'Hotel bevind zich op de campus en is met de auto lastig te bereiken. Hotel kamers zijn ruim, schoon en netjes. Metro station op loopafstand. '

'I think your front desk staff needs training on how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful to customers and they seem they hate their jobs. But the cleanness of the rooms is excellent, ample parking space.'

'Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.'
