'the staff was great , very sweet and helpful. However the overall communication isn’t good, the food is never fully cooked. which upset my stomach a few times , lack of staff. Horrible room service. Over priced for no reason. The only thing i feel was worth my money was the scenery. no entertainment, food closes to early, the options aren’t that appealing.'

'Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The ocean is clear; the all inclusive snorkelling, tubing, paddle boarding were fantastic. The food was fabulous; healthy, tasty, so many options. 'We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us.
We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not.
The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

'Property was newly renovated with very clean rooms.
Cleaning staff were very nice and cleaned thoroughly, daily.
Front of house team courteous and on point.
Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. '

'Hotel is zeer verouderd en dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Niet iedereen aan de receptie was even vriendelijk, niettegenstaande de prijs/nacht toch al hoog is, vraagt het hotel een meerprijs voor alles. Men kan beter wat meer betalen en verblijven in het Coral Reef Club hotel wat er juist naast ligt. '
