The front desk staff was very nice. The food was great. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing was the pool was cold.

We ended up leaving and not even staying at the hotel because it smelled of smoke, was dirty, and there was no staff to help.

I had an accessible room on the 2nd floor and it smelled like a thousand cigarettes and cat pee. The rest of the hotel was ok but it’s very near a truck stop and an even cheaper motel right next door.

There is no way this place is a standard Comfort Inn. We have stayed at many Comfort Inns, and this was a totally different facility from the usual Comfort Inns. We were shocked.

Nice for one night stay
Nice big room with 2 king beds. Beds were comfy. Bathroom a little small. Very fast check in. Pool very cold. Breakfast not bad.

Dear Guest,We had put up signs two days in advance all over the property for scheduled hot water maintenance between check-in and check-out time to minimize guest impact. We apologize if you did not see the signs and attempted to shower during this time period.Additionally, our fitness equipment is new and if there were any questions on how to use anything then you should have reached out to the Front Desk so that we could have showed you how to use the machines. I went to check in a half hour after check in time and my room wasn't ready so I had to wait a bit to get a room. I requested a disability accessible room and got one on the third floor. The heating/cooling unit in our room didn't work right so we ended up either super hot or freezing there was no in between. The staff was absolutely amazing though. They were kind and helpful.

Thanks for your feedback Nicole,We are sorry for not being able to get you into an accessible room. Those rooms get booked up quickly so it is advised to specifically book those rooms. Please let us know if you have any problems with the AC/Heat units. They are all knew and sometimes there is confusion with the settings but they all work very well as we know how important that is. King Suite with private hot tub.
The service was excellent!!! The room was immaculate!!! The Jacuzzi Tub was phenomenal!!! The bed was ultra comfortable!!! The hot breakfast was an unexpected bonus!!! My new favorite local place!!!

Came in to check in and nobody was a the front desk after 25 of waiting finally got my key then went up to the room only to find my room very smelly and had stain sheet had to call twice for some sheets also room had damages holes in wall etc.

I spent a total of 9 nites while waiting for my rental property to finish updates & then move in. I was very blessed to be able to afford my stay & to receive breakfast was a surprise! The rooms are very dated. Couch was visibly worn and disgusting. The room smelled disgusting. Sheets were yellow stained. My husband went to fill up bathtub and there were hairs all over. Gross just gross. We checked out as fast as we checked out.

Breakfast options were limited and not particularly palatable, with limited fruit. Coffee machine made poor tasting coffee. Coffee in the lobby carafes was cold! The room was tidy but dirty at the edges of the floor with the walls. The bed was comfortable.

The room had bugs, smoke smell very strong, tub stopper did not work had to stop up with a towel. Gave me another room that room was not clean at all. Bed not made , trash still all over the room. TV’s not working properly. They sent us back to the Previous room with air fresher and cover the smell for a very minutes. Staff said they will take off my bill and when I check out, I stayed for two nights. Upon checking out the manager was very rude and cursing and would not give me the percentage that was stated on Friday upon checking in. Horrible experience for an out of town guest.

Dear Guest,I would have been happy to give you the refund if you had allowed me to investigate. Instead, you were yelling and cursing at our staff in the lobby and not allowing me to do my job of finding out what happened. We have zero tolerance for guest misconduct, verbal abuse, and physical threats. This policy applies to anyone on our property as we make sure that it is a safe space for everyone. We ask that you please find other accommodations next time you are in town as we do not allow this kind of behavior on our property.
