'Brilliant little gem of a place. Received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite prior to arrival. Self checkin was super easy and room was made up with fresh towels on the 2nd day of my stay. Nice touch with sweets in the room and also having a little kitchen area in the suite was very useful.'

'A great stay! The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms. 'Enjoyed my stay here. It's only a few hundred metres from the city center so that's convenient. Hotel hs a restaurant but there are many choices in the neighbourhood. I was able to park in front of the hotel but I think if it's busy you have to park elsewhere but they'll help you with that I read. Would stay here again when in the area.'

'A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.'
