Palm Tree Villa is 6 jaar geleden door architect ontworpen en opnieuw gebouwd en heeft een volledige renovatie ondergaan. De villa biedt een perfecte locatie voor alles wat je wilt van uw vakantie in Barbados.
Ruime accommodatie en outdoor private ruimte biedt een thuis ver van huis gevoel dat betekent dat uw vakantie begint zodra u de woning in te voeren.
We hebben een hydrofoor en de tank waarmee u een volledige douche, zelfs als de netspanning druk wordt afgewezen op het eiland, in tijden van droogte te genieten geïnstalleerd. De zonnepanelen zorgen voor warm water en de back-up verwarmingselement ondersteunt hen.
Een grote ondergrondse regenwater tank levert water voor het irrigatiesysteem dat de tuin 's nachts wateren, het bijhouden van de tuin op zoek naar mooie.

De villa is comfortabel ingericht in een ontspannen, eigentijdse stijl. De hoofdingang komt uit in de open lounge / keuken met eettafel die plaats 8 en koloniale rotan meubels. De aparte tv-lounge is uitgerust met een 50 "Smart TV, is het hele huis ondersteund met Wi-Fi. De lounge en tv-kamer hebben hardhouten vloeren. De woonkamer en keuken zijn voorzien van 2 airco-units, 2 plafondventilatoren in de lounge en een in de tv-lounge.
De keuken is goed uitgerust met elektrische kookplaat, Amerikaanse koelkast / vriezer met koud water en ijs dispenser. Couverts en glazen, met inbegrip van acryl tumblers voor gebruik buiten, voor 8. Een compacte vaatwasser en 17kg wasmachine.
De begane grond beschikt over 3 slaapkamers (1 ensuite) en een familie badkamer met douche / wc. De unieke 1e verdieping master suite wordt bereikt door de harde houten trap. Een mooie kamer met een harde houten vloer en gewelfde 'ingelegd' plafond zorgt voor een mooie ruime slaapkamer, met de Amerikaanse King Size (UK Superking), bed. Een grote douchecabine, w / c en marmer, gespiegeld ijdelheid gebied. De walk-in closet / kleedkamer heeft veel opknoping en opslagruimte en herbergt de persoonlijke kluis voor uw waardevolle spullen.

Slaapkamer 2 heeft een mooie hardhouten queen bed, (UK King) eigen douche / wc, marmeren badmeubel met grote spiegel en ingebouwde kasten.
Slaapkamer 3 met queen bed (UK King) en ingebouwde kasten, deelt de familie badkamer met douche en wc met slaapkamer 4 met een queen bed heeft (UK King), kast met lades en spiegel.
Alle slaapkamers hebben volledig voorzien van airconditioning en een plafondventilator. Er is een haardroger en een goede voorraad hangers in elke kamer.

Buiten een overdekt terras met tafel en comfortabele zitplaatsen biedt een mooie schaduwrijke omgeving. De goed onderhouden tuinen genieten van het hele jaar door kleur met inbegrip van een prachtige 'Flamboyant' boom, waarna de weg wordt genoemd! De achtertuin is ruim en prive met kleine ronde tafel en stoelen. Er zijn 6 full size ligbedden voor gebruik naast het zwembad. Een waterval in het zwembad gaat automatisch, een zetel in het zwembad is een goede plek om af te koelen. Het zwembad wordt onderhouden twee keer per week tijdens uw verblijf.
Er is een buitendouche en extra w / c naast het zwembad. Naast het terras is er een aparte bar met gootsteen en koelkast. Een Charbroil-gasbarbecue met vier branders, voorzien van gas.

Inbegrepen in uw verblijf is het lidmaatschap van The Beach House, een prachtig strand club gelegen aan het strand, met uitzicht op het Caribisch gebied. Slechts 4 minuten lopen van het hotel The Beach House heeft een alleen voor leden zwembad met ligstoelen en directe toegang tot het strand. The Beach House heeft ook een mooie bar en restaurant naast de leden gebied en is beroemd om zijn zondagse brunch, een populair tijdverdrijf op het eiland. Naast de deur zijn zus beach bar Drift, een moderne lounge bar direct uitkijkt over de oceaan is de perfecte setting voor een zondag domper (of twee)!
Sandy Crest Medisch Centrum ligt op 300 meter afstand en biedt 24-uurs service. (Sla linksaf uit Villa, het is aan het eind van Flamboyant Avenue).

Lovely well equipped villa in perfect location

Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Barbados staying at Palm Tree Villa. Beautiful Villa which is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Perfect location for shops and restaurants and Holetown beach where you can swim with stingrays close to the beach, Bus stop is very close so you can explore the island on the reggae buses. But equally lots of taxis available. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time in a great villa. All rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were clean and of a high standard. Kitchen was well equipped but a tad bit old. The villa had a big garden und a lovely pool area. We loved it there and would return any time to have another vacation.

Beautiful Villa, Perfect Location and First Class Hosts

Pine Tree Villa really exceeded our expectations, which were already high! The villa (including its lovely garden, pool and outside areas) is beautiful with everything you could need and many additional extras and nice touches (travel adaptors, hairdryers in each room etc ) that in many ways make it feel more like a five star hotel than a self catering holiday. The location is perfect with beautiful beaches a two minute walk from the villa, the supermarket a five minute walk and a bus stop just behind the villa to take you pretty much anywhere on the island you want to go. Fabulous restaurants and bars on the doorstep too. Jules and Michael were incredibly helpful with first class communication from the minute we booked to our final day when they wished us safe travels home. I’d be back in Pine Tree Villa in a heartbeat!

Excellent host and accommodation

This property is well appointed in a great location. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is comfortable furnishings and beds for upto 8 adults. There is a very pleasant garden and plunge pool ideal for cooling off. The local beach is only a couple of minutes walk as is the beach club with its changing rooms toilets and sun beds. There are an array of shops bars and restaurants all within a very short walk of the property. There is also a very good supermarket very close by as well as a medical centre. It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location and a car is not necessary- however there is ample parking too at the villa too! Michael and Jules have been terrific hosts and the local team manage the property to a high standard. We had a great family holiday at the villa and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the villa.

Another Great Visit to Palm Villa

This was our second stay at Palm Villa and we had another fantastic time. The villa and all of its amenities were great. We had everything we needed. The owners went above and beyond by installing an additional security lock in advance of our arrival when we shared concerns about our younger daughter leaving the villa over night. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Best Holiday in Palm Tree Villa

Palm Tree Villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The whole experience of booking and dealing with Jules was exceptional. We had our flights cancelled due to a hurricane and there was a lot of back & forth to sort this all out and not loose out on our holiday. Thank you for your patience Jules! We didn't get to meet the property manager but they were in contact via WhatsApp if we had needed them. There is a concise manual in the villa which tells you everything you need to know for trips, restaurants, beaches, taxi & buses. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay & the air-con is a welcome relief. All the beds are fantastic & comfy, lovely big American style ones. Got to watch Wimbledon on their TV which was a pleasant surprise for me! The outside space is great and the pool is ideal to pop in and out of from the heat. The location a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket & the beach club (which they have passes for in the villa). Thank you Jules and Michael, you have a beautiful home in Barbados.

Magnificent!

I don’t know where to start with this property. It is absolutely beautiful, I actually don’t think the pictures do it justice. It immediately felt like home, it had everything we could possibly need. Communication from Michael and Jules was wonderful, they were very attentive and made sure that they were able to meet our individual needs. We travelled with a 8 month old and they ensured that we had a suitable cot for her. In addition, we were unaware that it was a bank holiday the day after we arrived, which meant we’d be unable to buy food from the supermarket, so the hosts arranged for essential food items to be waiting for us on arrival. I can’t begin to express how grateful we were for this. Both the house manager and housekeepers were just as lovely and attentive, everyone we came into contact with with regards to this booking was absolutely wonderful. The location of the villa is so close to bars, restaurants and shops and was just perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and I’m just sad our trip wasn’t longer.

Perfect Holiday in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - it really is a home away from home. Communication with the property owners and the property manager were very good. We had a smooth check in and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is brilliant - a large supermarket is a few minutes walk away, as well as some local restaurants and bars. Access to the beach club is a wonderful bonus. We would recommend Palm Tree Villa as a great place to stay in Barbados.

Wonderful Villa in fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - a group of 7 of us. it was really comfortable and spacious. The open plan kitchen living area worked really well and was a lovely sociable area we could cook, eat and relax together. The bedrooms were perfect with fans and air con to keep cool. We also made use of the BBQ/outside area which was nicely protected from the mosquitoes. Jules was very helpful with tips and advice before and during the stay. Jan and her team looked after us well and were great responding to any questions we had. We loved the pool and garden where we did morning yoga, sunbathed and relaxed. It really is a well planned place for a family or like us a group of friends to stay. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We used the beach club most days, local supermarkets, great restaurants and above all the beautiful beach with sunsets. We explored the island beyond by bus and car. Bus stops are very near to the villa and are very frequent. It is a great island to discover and we had a wonderful memorable holiday, in wonderful surroundings. Would love to return. Fabulous Holiday In A Wonderful Villa

Our family had a fabulous time at this wonderful villa. The service from Jules and Michael was superb right from the time we booked. Nothing was too much trouble great advice and guidance around airport transfers, hire cars etc thank you Jules😊 The villa was so well equipped it had everything you could possibly need it really was home from home and more. The ice maker on the fridge was fantastic😊 The pool was perfect for cooling down after a relax on the sun loungers😎. Late afternoon the rooftop terrace was great for catching the last rays. Location was excellent it was central to holetown close to beaches, restaurants and shops. The team looking after the villa were always on hand if there were any queries. We loved the outdoor area it served our needs quite well. All matters that happened were immediately taken care of. Property owners are a pleasure to deal with. The pool was lovely! We had to request that 2 more pillows be dropped off and they were there that afternoon. The service people that needed to come for different reasons were prompt. My husband and I loved Barbados and would like to return again. This time we will need a larger home as we have a very large family.

Fantastic family accommodation

Lovely property which for our family of 6 adults & 1 infant worked really well. The BBQ & pool were really good & allowed us to have some really great family time whilst our baby needed to be in house. Location is great, with a wide range of restaurants to suit pocket & style. Only negative for area was high cost of taxis. They charge per person & not vehicle so a 5km trip was costing 50 US. Thanks Michael & Jules for excellent help & communication.

Wow - what a holiday!

Palm Tree Villa was such an amazing find - it could not have been more perfect, and exceeded our expectations by miles. The whole experience from booking to check out was flawless - the hosts, Jules and Michael, were so responsive to enquiries - and huge thanks to Jules for spending so very long on the phone to me, providing tips for everything from taxis, restaurants, days out, and where to go for the best cocktails ;) We had the absolute pleasure of meeting them both in Barbados - such a lovely couple, nothing is too much trouble. The property manager and housekeeping team were equally as fantastic - answering any queries almost immediately, and kept the place spotless! The villa itself it so very spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay - we really felt at home (and the air-con is incredibly effective!). The outside space is fabulous too, and the pool a very welcome retreat from the heat. And as to location... well, everything really is literally a few minutes walk (restaurants, supermarket, beach - and a very handy coffee shop just steps away too). As I said, it could not have been more perfect, and we all fell in love with the place. I'm sure we'll be back very soon :) Thank you Jules and Michael, you were the perfect hosts x

The villa and it’s location were great. With everything you could possibly need. Thank you Joules and Michael for providing the perfect villa for our holiday. And a big thank you to Cathy and her team who were magnificent. Pity it is not available for our dates next year. But we will be back.

Great stay…..despite the weather

This property is in an ideal location for holetown and the rest of Barbados island. The hosts are terrific and super helpful leading into the stay. And team over there also great and attended to things very promptly. We got a little unlucky with the weather so that sort of impacted the overall stay but that wasn’t anything to do with the property - just meant we had to re think our activities and how much we couldn’t use outdoors etc. definitely go back.

Amazing property

This was a fantastic find! Everything you could need and more. The location and team that look after you when you’re here are perfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury oasis in Holetown!
