'This property is located in the HEART of Brandon, very convenient to everything. We weren’t accustomed to the “no maid service unless you request it” rule, and we didn’t care for walking to the desk to get an extra towel.'

'The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.'

'The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

'Property was very convenient to many attractions. The downfall was the lobby and the hallways were very hot, uncomfortably hot! Our floors, that weren’t carpet, were sticky. Our bathroom door also would stick and wouldn’t open all the way.'

'Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the quietness!! Very easy to get around Branson from this location.'
