'Rooms were disgusting, not clean. Questionable substance on the comforter called manager and they took the sheets off the bed to go and wash them instead of just giving us a whole clean new set. The door to the room also looked like it had been kicked in and broke it off the hinges and then someone tried to fix it. '

'The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo.'
