'Lovely little place in a peaceful area, the cricket pavilion has everything you could need for a short break - plus some thoughtful and welcome extras from the owner. Excellent Pub literally 5 mins walk away through the horse paddocks- their pies are delicious! Would definitely recommend the property and may well be back ourselves! Thank you :) '

'The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving. I picked this cottage because it said there was an enclosed garden which I wanted because we took a dog, it didn’t say it was across the court yard and not attached to the house. But the cottage itself was lovely well equipped and close to the cafes, pubs and shops.'

'Cottage could not be more central in Wells. Access was a bit difficult via the key box, Central heating system was excellent. Very steep stairs so not so great for those less mobile. Overall, perfect for groups of about 6.'

'Very good location. As close as you can get to the walk to the beach or the beach bus stop. Immaculate children’s playground behind but, be warned, the playground noise started by 7.30am most days as we were lucky to have great weather. The top floor of the house is a nice space and worked well for us. The decor is outdated in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but we found the beds to be very comfortable. Kitchen equipment and utensils need some replacing and replenishing - eg. new chopping boards...
