Deze gloednieuwe eengezinswoning werd voltooid in 2018. Alles is klaar voor uw perfecte luxeverblijf in Saugatuck / Douglas deze zomer. Het huis is minder dan een mijl lopen / fiets naar de vele restaurants, bars, winkels en activiteiten van het centrum van Saugatuck.

Het huis beschikt over een keuken van een chef-kok met high-end zwarte roestvrij KitchenAid-apparaten, een meesterlijk toevluchtsoord met een enorme spa-douchekuip, drie badkamers en vier slaapkamers met meer dan 2900 m² aan leefruimte. De beschutte veranda met buitenhaard is perfect voor een gezellige, ontspannende avond in de West-MI. Er is een eetkamer met een tafel voor 8-10 gasten en veel zitplaatsen voor het hele gezin of een groep vrienden om samen tijd door te brengen. Bovendien is er buiten zitplaatsen en een BBQ-grill voor een perfecte Michigan avond cookout!

Perfect quiet location, walking distance to town. Great accommodation for a family of 8 including two small kids. Your well appointed kitchen and back patio were great for family dinners (thanks to a great grill). Easy check in and coordination with Chadd was a plus! Would stay here again.

We loved this house; it worked perfectly for five adults and two small children. It was in a quiet area, close to town and all we wanted to do.We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen -- pots, pans, skillets, utensils, foil, wrap, dishes, and more. We were pleasantly surprised there were enough toilet paper and paper towels for the entire week. None of us had ever experienced such a complete rental.We had asked about nearby groceries and heard about bug spraying well in advance, so kudos for great communication as well.Thank you for helping make a memorable visit to the Saugatuck-Douglas area!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came up for a week in July. There were two families with 4 little kids ranging from ages 1-5. The place was extremely clean, we were so impressed with the organization of the kitchen, we loved the open floor plan as well. It was an extremely comfortable house, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

A beautiful home- perfect for 3 couples! We loved the screened in porch & wooded setting while still within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. MBr was luxurious & comfy but other couples complained about mattresses being too stiff & pillows too squashed (needed replacing). Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful Stay at Ridgeview Retreat

The Ridgeview Retreat in Saugatuck is a beautiful, modern, and clean home. The location is excellent (very close to downtown), and the home is well-equipped for a family vacation (fun selection of board games for kids). The kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom, in particular, are incredible. Great communication from Brian (owner) and Chadd (local property manager) throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

This is our 4th time staying at this lovely home in saugatuck. Amazing location and perfect accommodations. The house has everything you’d need and is so peaceful yet walkable to town. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back.

Great space and location

This property was great for our group (5 adults, 2 toddlers) - very spacious, great kitchen and living spaces, very quiet street with enjoyable outdoor spaces. Additionally, it was a short, easy walk to downtown Saugatack and a 15-20 min drive to South Haven and Holland. Our family stayed for two weeks, it was great!

Saugatuck Home

This is a very nice, extremely clean, well appointed home. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space, great sitting areas outside and inside. One downside, there is a first floor bedroom with an attached bathroom, unfortunately, this is the only bathroom on the first floor. Also, while the home is quite spacious with many windows, the sunlight is quite restricted due to the numerous trees leaving the house a bit dark. BUT overall, it is a really good home for a large family and/or group of friends. In addition, the property manager was very responsive.

Everything about this vacation was great! The home was beautiful and yet very comfortable! The outside sitting area was great except for the mosquitoes! The property manager was always available for us when we had a few question. We went there with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50 year anniversary such a great place to do it at! We had the best time. The house was an absolute delight, was spotless, beds super comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (and more), and was in a perfect location. We walked into town almost every day and were just minutes away from several beaches. Finally, Chad was so quick to respond and kind! Could not recommend ridgeview retreat enough!

We were all very pleased with our stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 7 year old. The kitchen was a dream to prepare some home meals. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was very quiet and secluded. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We just spent a wonderful week with our family at Ridgeview Retreat. The home was beautiful, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The living room area provided plenty of space for our family to gather and we enjoyed using the fireplace on the back porch. The hot tub was relaxing and Chadd, the property management contact, made sure it was serviced and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy a meal at home. Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

My friends and I had a fabulous week long vacation together. The house was so perfect! Luxurious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The outside area was ideal, as we were nestled in a forest yet only a short distance from the downtown. The walk through the beautiful neighborhood enhanced the experience.
