'We booked one night as we were traveling home. We have stayed here before. We love this hotel. The location, bar, restaurant, valet, and many areas for socializing is perfect. The staff is wonderful. During this stay we viewed many beautifully decorated Christmas trees throughout the hotel. The shuttle bus took us to and from our dinner location. It is always a wonderful experience. '

'Spacious loft, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen with big fridge is great if you want to reorganise during a road trip. Parking is very convenient too. After calling about the code to open the doors, service was really friendly and swift. I did not like the lack of a duvet on the bed. I found a throw in the closet, but that's not kingsize so I woke up cold. Lighting in the loft is terrible and fans and (neighbours) water piping noises are pretty loud.
