ABOUT THE SPACE

Great Unit on Table Rock Lake, walk down to the water to fish and swim, cool off in the pool, and just 15 mins to Branson! The most important thing is to enjoy the fresh air and the lake - that is why we call it the Air and Lake condo - you can feel the stress melt away!

Wonderful space in this 4-bedroom unit overlooking the pool and in a gated community close to Branson! The View is a great complex in a great location.

This 4 bedroom Table Rock condo is a great option for lots of space and a lake view from both sides. Though small, it does show you what the water looks like today - lets you know to get the cooler packed and head out for that glass-like water unique to Table Rock! The condo is 5 min to Hollister, 5 mins to College of the Ozarks and their amazing restaurant, and 10 mins to Big Cedar. If you want to enjoy Top of the Rock, be close to Big Cedar but not pay those prices, this is a great option.

- Living Area -
The 2-story living area has beautiful views, natural light, and is open and airy so everyone can gather together. There is plenty of seating, including a large recliner and seating at the dining table and island. There is a large TV as well. You can enjoy the patio and overlook the heated pool. We always offer free WIFI so you can enjoy streaming or if you have to get some work done. The patio is right off of the living area and a perfect spot for morning coffee.

- Four Bedrooms and Four Full Baths -
The four bedroom suites all have an attached bath, which is great to be able to get privacy as well. The master suite connects to a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second and third bedrooms connect to their own standard full bath. All of the main floor bedrooms have a king bed. The upstairs lofted bedroom has 2 futons and also includes a standard full bath.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room -
The dining room overlooks the pool and has plenty of space for Thanksgiving dinner or a game with popcorn as a snack! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - even including a crock pot so you can have a hot meal after a day on the lake or Silver Dollar City. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. There are games for nights in as well.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

✦ Dogs are welcome to stay in our vacation home with prior approval and for an additional fee. Please ask about our pet policy for all applicable terms and conditions.

✦ Hear the lake lapping on the shore and walk down to the lake. The marina is right next door with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations, either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area; there are no grills allowed at the condo.
