Welcome to The Big Kahuna! This beach palace towers over the Surf City coastline with stunning 360-degree views from its 2 rooftop decks. It’s modern design, thoughtful amenities, and multiple spacious gathering areas will impress, while stainless steel appliances, marble countertops & well-stocked kitchen offer all you could ask for in a luxury vacation getaway. From the main living area, you can see up the coast from Virginia to South Carolina (well, not quite), sunrise to sunset. With 7 bedrooms to spread out in, rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended to. And the primary bedroom is a wonderful sanctuary of peace & beauty with its oceanfront views and spa-like en suite bathroom, featuring a large ocean-facing garden tub set in a massive wet room with wall mounted water jets and waterfall shower. When it’s beach time, Big Kahuna has its own private beach access & shaded beachfront deck with swing for you to enjoy. And if the sun gets a little too hot, you can retreat back to the private resort-style backyard, which is largely shaded. It boasts one of the largest pools on the island, complete with tanning ledge & LED fountain, loungers, in-pool cocktail table banquette, with poolside hanging chairs & swing.
Big Kahuna is one of the most incredibly fun beach houses on the East Coast, perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions, or corporate retreats. A fantastic game room/video game lounge (BYO systems) has just been added so kids can carve out their own space as well. Big Kahuna offers its guests daytime entertainment with Cornhole, 2 SUPs, Four (4x) Fat Tire Bikes, KanJam, Poleski Bottle Bash/Beersbee, Bocce, Spikeball, and a competition-grade beach volleyball net system.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: One ring camera with flood lights located on driveway facing the main road to home. One ring camera on top of home(sun deck) attached to wall facing the ocean. One ring doorbell camera located on right post of home near side entrance of the building, facing the road/driveway.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 27 years of age to book. Guests under 27 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
