'This was my second stay, on business. The rooms are modern and clean. The dinner and breakfast are both very good. However, the girl serving dinner seemed like all she wanted to do was go home. She raced through everything and initially refused to serve me a portion of ice cream because it had just gone 9.30pm when the kitchen had closed. I had already eaten a starter and main by that point. Further training required.'

'Het hotel is prima, ruime kamers, schoon, luxe gevoel, prachtige badkamer met bad en aparte (regen) douche, maar eenmaal buiten struikel je over bedelaars en zwervers, we waren in shock. Het voelt niet fijn. Minpunt is wel dat we vertrokken tijdens de gaypride en onduidelijk was of er bussen naar Leeds Bradford reden. De ene recepcionist zei van wel, de andere zei, de chaos op het plein voor het hotel bekijkend, "no, no busses" . Onze rit naar de luchthaven werd van £4,00 met de bus £30,00 met...

'Nette en schone kamer en badkamer, rustige locatie, uitgebreid Engels ontbijtbuffet en ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid. Ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum, in de buurt veel restaurantjes en pubs. In het hotel is 24/7 in de lounge gratis luxe koffies, chocolademelk etc. te krijgen. En dat alles voor een zeer schappelijke prijs.'
