We advised that when you book via a third party the pricing that you paid may very from what we receive and apologize about any confusion this may have caused, however that would be something that we would recommend contacting the third party you booked with directly. We apologize about the unforeseen issue with the AC and are glad that our maintenance staff was able to quickly find a solution during your stay. Normally we would have changed you to a different unit, however at the time you stayed with us, we did not have that option. We do wish you had contacted our after hour number as we have someone on call specifically for situations such as the one you mentioned. We do thank you for your feedback as we value all types of feedback to help us to improve. We thank you for taking you time to let us know and hope to see you on the island in the future.
