3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers vakantie huis op het prachtige Anna Maria Island, slechts twee korte blokken van de meest adembenemende witte zandstranden in het land. Deze gloednieuwe op maat gemaakte woning is uitgerust met een eigen zwembad, een buitengrill / patio, ultramoderne led-verlichting, een volledige wasruimte met een wasmachine en droger aan de voorzijde, een volledig uitgeruste keuken in de kuststijl met een vaatwasser, koken voor uw gezin of spring op ons GRATIS eilandtrolysysteem om bekroonde restaurants of pubs in de omgeving te belonen. Geniet van winkelen op Anna Maria's bekende Pine Ave, of reis naar de historische Bridge Street voor meer lokale winkels en restaurants. Als ontspanning is wat u zoekt, zou een wandeling van twee minuten naar het strand moeten werken, of ontspannen rond uw eigen privézwembad en ontspannen aan het geluid van de waterval.

Anna Maria Island is het best bekend om zijn prachtige zonsondergangen en witte zandstranden, er is kajakken, paddleboarden, fietsen, of kustvisserij. Want je sterft voor de harde visser. Lokale offshore visbedrijven zijn een van de meest verbazingwekkende ervaringen van je leven. We zijn ook slechts 45 minuten van Busch Gardens en het waterpark Adventure Island, evenals de Botanische Tuinen en vele andere attracties.

Overall okay

The house was clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. However, a few things affected our stay. Construction next door, which we weren’t told about, was loud at times and caused tiny paint chips to end up in the pool after it rained. The host came to skim it and left a net, but we only used the pool once. The bar fridge outlet was not working, but her husband kindly fixed it the next day. Minor issues like low water pressure and a dusty air vent upstairs could use attention. Overall, a nice home, but not quite the relaxing stay we were hoping for.

Amazing!

I’ve been to AMI multiple times, but this was the first time bringing my family. We all not only loved it, but felt so comfortable and at home with this place! Everything about it was perfect and the owners are so sweet. It’s in a great place, and would come again.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We stayed at D's Hideaway for 1 week and had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time down by the pool/bar area and it was awesome. Fan, bluetooth speaker, fridge, tiki toss, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, etc. The house has a great beach vibe and very organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Pas à la hauteur

La maison est agréable et propre, conforme aux images, et surtout tres bien située dans une jolie partie de l’île. Nous avons apprécié la petite piscine et la cuisine était très bien équipée. Toutefois, nous avons été déçus par un ensemble de petites choses qui font que cette propriété n’est pas à la hauteur de celles que nous louons habituellement, surtout pour le prix. Par exemple: à notre arrivée plusieurs pièces étaient sans électricité, en raison de fusibles disjonctés. Nous avons dû attendre plusieurs heures avant que les propriétaires répondent à nos textos. Les lumières dans l’escalier étaient brisées ce qui les rendaient dangereux le soir pour se rendre à la piscine ou au bbq (on devait s’éclairer avec nos cellulaires). Le barbecue n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis très longtemps ce qui fait que le gras accumulé a pris feu (nous avons du descendre des casseroles pleines d’eau pour l’éteindre). Les fournitures (papier de toilette, savon à vaisselle, dosettes pour lave-vaisselle etc.) était minimales (un seul rouleau, une seule dosette, etc) ce qui est inhabituel et très agaçant. Enfin: les règles de la maison (écrites dans un cahier) étaient inutilement stressantes (départ à 9h ou vous serez chargés 50$ par ½ h supplémentaires) et non conformes au contrat avec vrbo (départ à 10h)… le fait que les hôtes ne répondent pas (ou très tardivement) à nos textos (notamment pour l’heure du départ) était très décevant.

Amazing Stay !

We really enjoyed our 2week stay at D's Hideaway, it is a short walk to the beach , and on a quiet street . We appreciated the beach chairs and cart that were provided , and the beautiful pool and waterfalls were great . The shower on the main floor of the house had very low pressure , but other than that everything was awesome . I would definitely recommend this place .

Excellent location and a beautiful home

Our family enjoyed D’s hideaway, everything from the heated pool, to the short walk to the beach, and the most amazing sunset views available in so many areas of the island. This was our first trip to AMI but not our last! This home is perfect for a small family and the island has so much to offer.

Great place for families

The property was perfect for our family of 4. The girls loved the bed in the cubby under the stairs. The pool area was great; water was warm and pool was well maintained. Check in and out process was simple. Owners live next door and available to help if needed. Location was centrally located so we could do Holmes beach, Bean Point, Bridge Street and Bradenton all very easily.

Great place-as advertised

I’ll keep it short. The place is as advertised. It was plenty big, clean, and everything was great. We would happily stay here again. I loved the pool area, of all the places I’ve stayed, this was my favorite (covered tv, tiki bar, and mini fridge and plenty of storage for toys and chairs). Loved having the beach cart to borrow too. FYI the bathroom is on the second floor. This did not bother us at all but if going up stairs is challenging, you should think twice. Thanks for sharing your place!

Much needed holiday on AMI

Our family enjoyed our stay at D&Ds Hideaway! The pool was perfect size to relax and cool down after the beach. My youngest loved the bed under the stairs. A 1/2 Bath from Being Great

When at the pool, you are one flight of stairs up to the main bath and two flights up to the master bath...way too many stairs each time you need to use the bathroom. Other that that the home is ideal...though the advertised waterfall into the pool only ran once for 1 hour during our entire stay.

Family Vacation.

The house was awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. We rented bikes and rode to the beach, which was literally two blocks away. This house is centrally located, you can ride to the pier, or go to town for dinner. The pool was very refreshing after spending the day at the beach. We loved playing cards in the outdoor area and the hook game was very addicting! We will be back!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Love love love! We will be back. Only problem was that we wish VRBO would give the renter(us) first right to refusal. Did know we didn’t have that option. We wanted to rent again next year same time and couldn’t. Very disappointed. Other than that it was perfect.

A little slice of paradise!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Perfect for our family of four- with 2 great rooms for our teens and a beautiful master suite upstairs! Everything was perfect....and we really enjoyed the tiki bar and 85-90 degree pool each day!!! What a treat!!! Thank you so much- we will be back!!!! Highly recommend renting Bikes and exploring the Northern end of the island that way! What fun!

Escaped the Lockdown

When the Ontario government announced another lockdown, we high tailed it down to Florida. The house was easy to find, and super cute! Everything was good quality and it was decorated nicely. There was lots of room for our two teens to have their own space for online schooling and for us in the upper level primary bedroom suite. Just a short walk to the beach for the unforgettable sunsets, or to the canals for some fishing. We rented bikes and that was fun. The weather turned colder when we were there, and we didn’t get to use the outside space as much as we would have liked to. Maybe it was the time of year, but the backyard didn’t get much sun., which might be a big plus for some families. The only real downside for us, was that the outside space seemed disconnected from the house, because it was downstairs and through a safe but tricky to open gate with full hands. But the full bar with tv and radio made it worth it. I’d recommend this house, great value. I’ll take done the decorating ideas home with me!
