Escape the cold and settle into the sunshine at the Solace Retreat. a beautifully remodeled duplex just steps from the sugar-sand shores of Anna Maria Island. Whether you`re trading snow for palm trees or planning a relaxing coastal getaway, the warm and inviting retreat is designed to help you truly unwind. With access to both sides, The Solace is ideal for multifamily vacations, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. RECHARGE, far from winter coats and busy schedules.

This prime location allows you to park your car and forget about it - walk to beaches, restaurants, shops, a grocery store and more – explore the island on foot or hop on the FREE trolley and travel the island.
Two outdoor gathering spaces invite you to soak up the Florida sunshine, while thoughtfully separated living area give everyone room to relax after a day of beach and island adventures.

Inside:

*Each side of the duplex has 2 bedrooms:

*East – 1 King and 2 twin beds with a pullout in the living room

*West – 1 King bed and 1 queen bed with a pullout in the living room

*Each side also has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, living room and full kitchen with counter dining area

Outside:

*East – has a swimming pool, outdoor shower, loungers, a propane grill and laundry room

*West – has a hot tub, fire pit with seating, hammock, propane grill, outdoor shower and laundry room

*All outdoor lighting is solar powered, so you don’t have to worry about flipping switches.

The front of the property is equipped with a plug in for an electric vehicle or golf cart. Each side of the duplex has a private entrance. The back yards are private and separated by a locked gate that can be unlocked for easy access between properties during your stay. There is parking for 4 vehicles at the front of the property.

Clean bed linens, quilts, and pillows for each bed. An extra set of sheets and pillow will be provided for the pullout sofa.

Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

*TWO Full kitchen with many extra small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee machine etc) – stocked with starter supply of dishwasher pods, new kitchen sponge, dish soap, paper towels

*Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone`s safety.

These cameras are located by the front doors and around the back of the house.

They will record audio and video.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.
1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.

4. Parking: parking is limited to four vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.

6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.

7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.

9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
