"The room was “clean” but very dated. The hallways were very dirty (stained carpets). Supposedly part of this place has been redone/updated but I definitely was not located there. Based on my room I’d request an updated room or not stay there again. Uses real keys vs keycards which is ok but easier to lose."

"The hotel was clean and offered a good breakfast, and the price was good. The room did have an odor, maybe just an old building smell, but we got used to it after a while. Overall, I would probably stay there again because the location and value made it worthwhile."

"This property still smells like new paint and carpet. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was well maintained and had great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. I did not try the sausage or eggs but I had a blueberry waffle and a muffin each morning. There was also fruit and cereal to choose from. This hotel is close to my family and I will be staying again I am sure. Didn't check out the pool during this stay."

"Need to start doing updating. Our room 315 has a mirror with brown marks all over it. I can't believe it's not acceptable to have an elevator, there is not ramp to the 2nd or third floor. What happens if first floors are not available. Breakfast has a lot to be desired. Donuts, toast, cereal, coffee. Bad representation of a Windom Hotel. I prepaid for my room so my credit card already went through but they charged me an $80.00 security charge because I used a credit card when my credit card was already validated. Good thing you were not that expensive. 1 ice machine in the corner of the lobby, really. Good thing I was only staying 1 night and really didn't need anything. Would never stay 2 days."
