Terrible stay. Upon arrival we had to wait to check in. No greeting, no explanation, just a key handed over by an unfriendly receptionist. Absolutely no sense of hospitality.
The room was far from clean: stained bedding, mold in the bathroom, and a damaged wall. The phone didn’t even work, which meant I had to go to reception in the middle of the night when my friend became sick. The staff showed no empathy at all, even laughed at the situation, and said cleaning could only be done the next...

'We tried to check in early as we were at a wedding during the day. The receptionist said unfortunately this wasn’t possible despite letting other people to do so and would let us know as soon as a room was available (no one contacted us at all). They offered to hold our bags but we later just found it unattended in the reception area.
