SUPER VERKOOP !!! Holualoa Cottage GEWELDIGE ZEEZICHT! Recht boven de stad Kailua-Kona

Wij zijn gevestigd aan de westkant van het Grote Eiland van Hawaï, direct boven Kailua-Kona, aan de kant van Mt Hualalai, in Holualoa, met een geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan en de kustlijn! Lees onze beoordelingen, want het uitzicht vanuit de cottage Lanai is beter dan we kunnen beschrijven in woorden!
Onze nieuwe op maat gebouwde studio-huisje is ongeveer 500 vierkante meter met een ruime brede Lanai, en een speciale bistro hoge zitplaatsen om te genieten van het fantastische uitzicht op de oceaan. MOET zien waarderen!
De koele hoogte van ons huisje is 1400 ft. Met een prachtig uitzicht op de kustlijn over de haven van Honokohau. De zonsondergangen waar we van gaan genieten zijn ongelooflijk!
Holualoa-stad zelf is nu een klein schilderachtig kunstdorp en een klassiek oud klein Hawaiiaans stadje met veel geschiedenis. Holualoa gebied is een zeer bevoorrecht gebied om te blijven en te leven vanwege de koelere temperaturen, Kona koffie land rondom, uitzicht op de kustlijn, en het is dichtbij de stad.
Er zijn verschillende evenementen in ons dorp, waaronder 'First Fridays', elke maand wanneer lokale artiesten, muzikanten, eetcabines en nog veel meer allemaal door de straten lopen via Holualoa Town. Wij houden van Holualoa en weten dat ook jij!

The view was incredible, and the lanai offered the perfect spot to soak in the views, the sounds, and the weather (even when it rained, it was so peaceful). Berta and Billy were fantastic hosts, and the layout of the cottage was ideal for our stay. The location was close to town, but also made our jaunts to other parts of the island easy to make as well. The water pressure was great, hot water was abundant, and the screened windows and ceiling fans made temperature regulation a breeze :)

The amenities of the cottage are what stuck out the most to us. This was one of the most well thought of well stocked feng shui place I’ve ever stayed. The interior design was well thought out and the place felt very inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking here because it was so well stocked and worked so well. Watching the sunset from the lanai was a real highlight. The frogs were loud, but we got used to them and slept fine using earplugs. And this was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed as well.

Great Views A Short Drive Outside Of Kona

We had a great stay here on the back half of our vacation. Great views from the lanai, great shower pressure, and a nicely done cottage. The short drive was worth it to be outside and above the town where it was quieter and cooler. The frogs were intense but didn't keep us awake, almost like a white noise machine. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone exploring the Kona area.

Nice Place

It was great until the owner came by the last day around 9:00 asking us when we were leaving and I said the checkout time at 11:00. He said he has another person coming that day with an attitude. I did not say anything, but we paid to 11:00 and not my problem that he had another client coming in . It just messed up a great time and great place they have and they had been very nice up until then.

Big Island West Side

Stayed 5 nights here after 5 nights on the east side. Studio was perfect - just the right amount of space for the two of us. Decorated very nice, comfortable bed, clean, had everything you needed, peaceful view of the awesome sunsets from the veranda. Wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Beautiful sky views

This place was very clean and had beautiful sky views. We watched an amazing lightening storm one morning, a display of double rainbows the next morning and then watched the setting full moon on the third morning. It is very close to everything in Kona/Kailua.

Perfect place for two

Very cozy, clean, and welcoming cottage. Location was central for exploring up and down the coast. Host was very easy to communicate with. Many amenities were included which made the stay even more pleasant. Had wonderful sunset views and I loved hearing the chirping birds through the day and frogs at night. Grounds are attractive and front porch is great to relax and or eat outside. I would definitely stay there again.

Unforgettable - book it right now!!

Billy and Berta were amazing hosts!! This place has everything you need for an amazing stay in Holualoa. The frogs offered a great natural white noise to sleep to, but they also have ear plugs available if they are too loud for their guests. Beach gear, snorkel gear, beach towels, iron, ironing board, French press, coffee grinder, water kettle, extra fans, detergent, after-sun…were just a few of the things available we took advantage of. It’s way from the tourist areas, but still close enough to enjoy the restaurants if you want. But there are a ton of wonderful shops down the road headed south, including a sweet bread stand that you need to stop at (look for the red flags). We visited in October so it got a little cold at night, but the hosts already had extra blankets available. And while there is no AC, the island is easily your AC - just open the windows and leave them open. Zero negative feedback. Seriously, BOOK IT.
