'vlakbij treinstation, ideaal wanneer je met het openbaar vervoer reist. hotel heeft een nieuwe eigenaar en alles is opnieuw geverfd en het interieur van het hotel en de slaapkamers is allemaal vernieuwd. ziet er goed uit. het ontbijt "continental"mag uitgebreider zijn o.a met kaas, vleeswaren en een gekookt ei. verder zou ik de menukaart ook uitbreiden met meer europese gerechten. 'My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Marshall Meadows Manor House. We stayed one night, but ate dinner and the included breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, the food excellent, and the staff genuinely helpful. The manager assisted with luggage, provided us with helpful advice for our destination the following day, and was very attentive while also serving at the restaurant. 'Locatie is erg mooi, kamers met uitzicht op de haven. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Interieur is oud en muffig, gehorig en benauwend, erg veel trappen en smalle gangetjes. Alle luchtjes uit de keuken blijven in de gangen hangen.'

'We stayed one night at the Tempus. The decor was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly. The problem with the place is style over substance. While beautifully decorated and large, the lighting in the room was a nightmare. There simply wasn't enough nor was it in the right places. The wet room was even worse. The mirrors were not placed properly, there wasn't enough light to see yourself properly and if one were to take a shower the entire room...

'Lovely property, decorated in a lovely way although strong smell of fish downstairs that would not go. The fridge smelt of fish and not sure if this was the issue or the damp and mould on some of the walls.The beds were not super comfy but fine for a few nights.
