Nieuw gebouwde Tahoe Luxury Home, Skiërs droomlocatie ** 10 personen

Dit nieuw gebouwde luxe woning is gelegen op het prachtige westelijke oever van Lake Tahoe, op enkele honderden meters van Homewood Ski Resort en een zeer korte wandeling naar het strand en het fietspad. De ultieme ski / fiets / wandelen retraite.

Deze vier slaapkamer berg stijl huis heeft de sfeer van rustieke luxe. Het instapmodel is voorzien van een open ruime grote kamer met grand
ramen die van de buitenlucht binnen te brengen. Het heeft ruime gourmet
keuken met genoeg ruimte voor veel koks en veel ruimte voor
zittende toeschouwers. De eetkamer plaats aan 6-10 personen. De ruime woonkamer heeft een hoek open haard die steen van de vloer tot het plafond, en gewelfde houten plafonds die u de berg het gevoel dat een beroep op velen. Tevens bevindt zich op dit niveau is de grote slaapkamer suite en een grote badkamer met jacuzzi. Het lagere niveau biedt een tweede master suite met eigen badkamer, twee extra slaapkamers, een pooltafel kamer die wordt aangesloten op het dek en een comfortabele grote entertainment kamer met 72 "flatscreen-tv met surround sound-systeem te verlagen.

Great house & location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Homewood. Easy access to Palisades, Truckee, Tahoe City and the lake just at the bottom of the road. The West Shore Market is 8 mins away and has (almost) everything you need for groceries. House was clean and has two primary suites- great setup for two families.

Wonderful and well appointed home near Tahoe City proved the perfect spot for our family. Everything went as planned and all as described, it was just easy for us all around. We would love to stay again.

Great location, spacious house

The house is walkable to Dockside/Obexers in the summer and to Homewood in winter. Very spacious house, 3 living areas, 2 decks, 4 large bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay- wish the wifi was stronger but the location and the house makes up for that one thing.

A great home for multi-generational groups or families. Our group was 6 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen is well appointed and frig is plenty big for a group. Beds/Linens comfortable. Within walking distance to boat launch at Obexer's. Down stairs has huge media/game room - allowing kid-dedicated space, if wanted. Back deck is great in the morning for coffee and dining in the evening. Owner was responsive to our needs. Only challenge - no cell service at the house or out on street.

Great location

Wonderful home. Loved eating and reading on the back deck. Being in the trees is wonderful. Loved how close it was to jump on the bike trail. Cheryl the manager was an amazing communicator. We have rented many places on the lake but have never had a manager get back to us so quickly and take care of any challenges right away. Definitely will stay here again.

A Walk from Homewood

We had a blast during our stay. We were a group of three families with little kids. This house is comfortable for groups: large kitchen open to the living area so we could cook and hangout while the kids played. Pool table and second living room downstairs were great places to hangout. And make sure everyone had some space. One heads up, there is no streaming on the TV but does have a DVD player. We rented a movie for the kids one night from the Redbox at the local Safeway which worked out great. Side note, this was our groups preference to have the kids watch the TV rather than a computer/tablet. The house is walking distance to Homewood resort (5 min!). A pleasant surprise is the house is on a dead end street. So, the kids could go outside and play in the snow without worrying about cars.

Nice Property in Lake Tahoe

This place is awesome place for getting together with friends and kids. It's very cozy to enjoy coffee in the morning and couple drinks at night and very roomy for kids to play around with provided toys and games in the house. Host, Cheryl is very reasonable person who could bend the rule a bit to make sure customer satisfaction.

Property nice and as descibed on the listing. Location is ok, not much around other than houses and nearest stores and restaurants are a bit of driving away. The place was tidy but not not clean. There is a big difference between clean and just tidy. How do I know it? We are of culture in which it is customary to take our shoes off while in the house, so 10+ of us looking at each others blackenned socks told us that cleaning is done superficially. There was more evidence for lack of cleaning in the bathrooms,

Wonderful House and Host

We organized a family ski trip to the Tahoe area for the first time and are so pleased we found this beautiful property. The description doesn't do it justice. There was plenty of room for our extended family and the kitchen was very well equiped for our home cooked meals. A big plus during our stay was the location. It was a short walk to the South base of Homewood (even in ski boots) so we didn't have to drive other than going to Tahoe City for supplies. A major snow storm hit during our visit but we had no issues getting out becase they clear the access road that serves the South base. Also, having a garage was a major benefit so we didn't have to shovel out or scrape windshields. The host is excellent and provided clear communication ahead of our visit as well as answered questions promptly during our stay. I only wish we had discovered this place years ago. Highly recommend.

Spacious Vibe- 2 min Walk to Ski

Two families with 5 teens! Enough room and then some. HUGE house. Location was prime and Homewood ski is the best kept secret for those seeking less crowds and a relaxed vibe. Kitchen has spices, bring cooking oil and more roasting/bakeware if you plant to cook stuff in the oven. There was a lot of foil/Saran wrap. Thanks for sharing your luxury with us!

Wonderful Property!

The description doesn't do this place justice. The location is amazing if you're skiing at Homewood and the house is huge! It can definitely comfortably fit 10 people and nobody will fill feel on top of one another (unlike other houses where more beds are stuffed into each room). There's an upstairs and downstairs area that people can hang out in. Definitely recommend.

Overall great home! At the beginning of our stay the WiFi was out do to fires in the area, Cheryl took the time to reach out to the company trying to get us an update. The WiFi came back on the next day. Great trip spent with great friends in a great home!

Beautiful cabin!

The perfect cabin for our “mom getaway” for the Tahoe triathlon. Plenty of space, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen. Was perfect for our adult group. Would be great for families as well with the downstairs game room.

Very nice property. Minor points, but it would be nice to have larger soap bars in bathroom. Also, dining room light fixtures should be cleaned. The BBQ on the deck didn't get up to temp for cooking - would have been ok for grilling
