Bring your family and friends to the nature coast at an affordable price. This is a large home with 3 acres and a pond that backs up to the Homosassa Wildlife Management Area. You will be only minutes from the Homosassa River boat ramp with parking for cars, boats, campers and all your toys. Central location to attractions, boat ramps, scalloping, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, hiking and four spring fed rivers. You also have a game room and volleyball court.

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one with a full size bed. There are also three futon beds.

We are happy to provide sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people if requested.

The garage is a recreation room and is continuously being improved. The game room has a newly added pool table and ping pong table, foosball, dart board and 52” television. More additions to come.
