Honeoye Lake Waterfront Cottage

Geschikt voor 4 personen comfortabel, 6 personen een beetje krap.
Huisje is netjes en schoon en volledig ingericht.
Cottage heeft 2 slaapkamers met queensize bedden en een luie jongens slaapbank.
Heeft een nieuwere keuken, vloeren en grote badkamer met douche en veel opbergruimte.
WiFi-toegang, propaanwarmte, A / C, kabel, tv, alle apparaten en keukengerei.
** Vooraan hebben we een 32 ft. Lang bij 4 voet breed aluminium dock met zwemtrap.
** Ook een Propaan grill, picknicktafel, vuurplaats, stoelen, waterfietsen, roeiboot en 2 nieuwe kajaks.
Voldoende ruimte voor parkeren (4-5 vechicles) (1-2 trekhaak)

Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area: het hele jaar geopend, panoramisch uitzicht op het meer van Honeoye en het platteland; picknickplaatsen, wandelpaden.
Napels High Tors, wandel-, fietspaden variërend van beginner tot expert; Wildlife Management Area-Diverse Habitats en wandelpaden.
Honeoye State Boat Launch gelegen langs East Lake Rd. aan de zuidkant van het meer.

Honeoye Lake is een van de "kleine meren van de vingermeren" en biedt wateractiviteiten, vissen, slangen, waterskiën, kajakken, waterfietsen, roeiboten. Ontspannend, bombardeert prachtige uitzichten, zonsondergangen en nog veel meer.
Hemlock Lake biedt een groot park met picknicktafels en een prachtig uitzicht.
Canadice Lake geweldig voor vissen met roeiboten.

Beautiful lake and lovely stay

This property is so wonderful! It is in an excellent location. The cabin is stocked with everything you could need. Bob is so responsive and helpful. The cabin is clean and well kept. There were plenty of things to do for the entire family - paddle boat, raw boat, canoe, and a pontoon boat for us to cruise the lake. We caught plenty of fish which we had cooked some and it was delicious! We also made a trip to Glen Watkins National Park, about an hour drive, and highly recommend it, the waterfalls are amazing. Plenty of good farms around to buy fresh produce on the side of the roads. Easy-going people, considerate and respectful of their surroundings. Overall, we had a great time and Bob was a very good host. Look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Getaway

The cabin is cute, well taken care of and stocked with appliances and conveniences that you will need. The cabin is right on the lake and there are a few docks for fishing/boating. We caught lots of little fish right off the front dock with very little effort. I'd like to thank Bob for being a wonderful host. he took us on a boat ride and is friendly and generous. Stay here with confidence.

Great location and reasonable rate per night.

Robert was great with our communications. Before our arrival we talked and our place was ready for us before our actual check in time. We were greeted outside of Roberts home which is located behind rental cottage. Rental home was clean and everything you need was included. The AC window units are only in the kitchen and living room. Our bedrooms were small but plenty of room to sleep in. You need to keep all doors open to cool two bedrooms. To our surprise our bed was a combination bunk bed and Full size. Robert explained it was new and he didn't have time to change that information in description. My wife and I were slightly disappointed but we made it work. Our cousins were staying in the other bedroom and they told me that mattress could be changed. Very soft and not very comfortable. Otherwise our stay was good, and Robert was friendly and even gave us fire wood for two nights. WIFI signal was fair not super strong. TV worked fine and we really didn't watch it that much. Everything in this cottage worked perfectly and we have no complaints. Great time at the lake and very peaceful. Sam K

Relaxing day on the lake.

We had a great time at the lake house, fishing off the dock during the day and dancing by the fire at night. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. Including a row boat and kayaks. We went in the middle of September and the algae was in bloom so decided not to use them. We had a great time and wait for next year.

Lovely little cottage!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Bob and his wife Avis were super hosts. The cottage is small but mighty. Everything you could think of was provided. All we needed to supply was food. Great view of the lake out the front windows. The AC was much appreciated. It was a hot few days. This is the perfect place for a quiet vacation. Hope to be back someday.

Long Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property with our 4 kids ranging in age from 7-13. We all had a blast, and we were able to fit just fine. We took the kids to the beach which is just 8 minutes down the road. The owner even offered to take us all out tubing on the lake, kids loved it as did my wife and i.

Great quiet getaway

Great cozy but enough space for family of four. We needed a quiet few days to relax and it was perfect. Owner very attentive - I just had limited cell and text access so sometimes I had trouble communicating. Two kayaks with gear and outside fire pit were great.
