'Nice quiet hotel near historic Concord. Rooms are spacious and clean, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety everyday. Lots of free parking space. I stayed here twice in a period of 3weeks and both of them where very pleasant! '

'Hallways were dirty and looked as if no one had vacuumed if weeks. Grab and go breakfast as a joke. Just a few small muffins wrapped in plastic. The downstairs hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. '

'Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...

'The farm is in a deteriorated state. The cottage is not very clean due to the old state of the building. When sitting on the deck the view is very nice except for the huge amount of mosquitos, micr and squirels.'

'The morning of the 21st, the desk clerk that was on was rude she was not accommodating. My room key did not work so I was lock out of my room, when I called down to the front desk I got no answer I went down stairs there was no one there. After about fifteen minute wait she finally up. But it is absolutely too much to go into now so what I will do is notify Marriott headquarters.'

'There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. '
