Uniquely styled hotel at a great location
Comfortable hotel at an excellent location. What sets this hotel apart more than anything else is its trendy styling. During my stay it was quiet (due to the civil unrest in HK I presume), and I was upgraded to a senior executive room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the only point of criticism being that there appeared to be a wait at the front desk at all times despite the hotel being far from full. When I arrived my room was smelly, it turned out that the floor drain in the bathroom had run dry. This was easily fixed by pouring in some water.

The location was good. It was very fine that we got a handy to take with us in town so we could fine our way around. The room was small but. Onvenient. We where in hongkong on october first and saw the firework from restaurant felix. That was great.

Uitstekende ligging, prima service, matige airco
Prima hotel met een ruim aanbod van restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Metrostation op 5 minuten lopen. Kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien (ook een gratis te gebruiken mobiele telefoon met 4G). Het enige minpuntje vind ik de airco. Er is een separaat luchtontvochtigingssysteem dat vrij veel lawaai maakt en de airco zelf blaast veel koude lucht de kamer in, precies bij het bed. Verder werkt de klimaatregeling goed.

Great hotel close to transportation towards all Hong Kong neighborhoods (tramway bus metro). Direvt bus to Aiport as well. The room was spacious, clean with a nice bathroom. There's AC and a dehumidifier in the room, much appreciated although can be loud at night. Super friendly staff. Will rebook this hotel for my next HK visit.

Convenient area in Wanchai. A few minutes walk from the station. Room was quite big. Good for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, toilet was clean and spacious. We had a problem with the key card access for lift and room a few times. But the counter staff managed to resolve it quickly.
