Prima hotel, maar erg ouderwets. Ligging is goed en alles goed te bereiken. Zwembad op het dak was mooi en schitterend uitzicht. Personeel was vriendelijk. Badkamer was ouderwets en de kamer veel te klein en vooral veel te warm. Was niet goed koel te krijgen.

Prima hotel voor een paar dagen Hong Kong
Prima hotel voor weekje Hong Kong. Op 5 minuten lopen van de metro en verschillende leuke horecagelegenheden om de hoek. We hebben het hotel met name gekozen vanwege de aanwezigheid van het zwembad. Helaas hebben we er door het slechte weer eigenlijk geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Dan is de kamerprijs wel aan de hoge kant. Zeker omdat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen is. De kamer zelf was prima. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en de badkamer is ruim. Omdat het OV in Honk Kong goed geregeld is, kun je eigenlijk net zo goed een hotel aan de overkant van het water nemen. Ben je van plan om met de tram naar The Peak te gaan, zorg dan dat je op tijd gaat zodat je niet een uur in de rij hoeft te staan om naar boven te kunnen. Je kunt natuurlijk ook lopend naar boven. Voor touristen is er een speciale Octopus OV kaart waarmee je van en naar het vliegveld kunt en 3 gratis dagen reizen krijgt. Je kunt deze pas kopen op het vliegveld. Het inchecken van je bagage voor de terugvlucht kun je dan al op het station doen. Heel handig.

Prima hotel, goedelocatie en prachtig uitzicht
Prima hotel, een beetje onpersoonlijk maar locatie is prima en zwembad is super. Ramen en kozijnen waren niet schoon en de airco stonk naar vocht maar de rest was schoon.

Real customer service changed my first impression
Rooms are rather small but comfortable. I am staying In Hong Kong for 10 days for business. The hotel is nearby Tin Hau metro station, which makes it easy to travel around all over Hongkong with the Octopus card. You don't have to wait for a taxi this way :). When I arrived at the hotel I was rather disappointed in the room. Small room,I could not really stall my luggage and a small and hard bed. The next morning I asked if there were other rooms available. They apologized for the inconvenience and immediately arranged a more suitable room for. Excellent customer service and sincere understanding for the customers needs. That's what I like and also what I also pursue in my own business. You only know how good a product / service is when something goes bad.

Aanrader!
Prachtig hotel met, voor Hong Kong begrip, ruime kamers. Op de 32e verdieping zit een zwembad op het dak met uitzicht over de haven van Hong Kong! Gewoon WAUW! Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Locatie is ook prima. Tin Hau station zit op een paar meter lopen. Dit is zowel een busstation als metrostation. Hotel is zeker een aanrader!

They upgraded me to the seaview room so I extended my stay . Staffs are helpful. They closed up the business centre but they managed to print out some document for me . Overall I enjoy the stay .

Staff Friendly but the timing was poor given current issues in HK. Pool and gym closed - we paid for executive room upgrade but the reception staff didn’t tell us the exec lounge also closed and we had to complain to get some ( not all) of our money back. Hotel has a decent location but overall we felt they could have done more to explain what was going on and not charge for specious upgrades

Decent location and clean. The room was pleasant but smaller than the pictures. If you like hot showers, the water does not get that hot and it barely lasted long enough for one person to shower. The amenities were also a bit on the sparse side
