個室がとても綺麗。ロッカーもたくさんものが入る。温度もちょうど良くて明るさも調整できて、寝具は綺麗で快適。アメニティも無印の化粧水、乳液もあって良い。トイレのうち一つにカーテンがないのとシャワーのときに荷物置き場がなくて、濡れてしまうのが使いにくい。2泊のうち一泊目はタオルがなかった。2日目はいびきがうるさい人がいて眠れなかった。

If you just want a bed and a shower and your on your own then it’s perfect, little hard to find and a pain when you first arrive as you need to connect to WiFi then email someone to let you in, this didn’t works for me so had to call and message the owner. If they could send you the QR code before you get to the venue that would be loads better, after a 12 hour flight you just want a bed.

This is a very nice capsule hotel. There were several issues with check in (their automated systems are not that great), but once it was sorted out it was extremely convenient

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is lacking. The main issue is that the capsules only have a curtain rather than a door. It really feels more like a dormitory than a capsule hotel. Everything is clean. Some maintenance required. The lockers are not big enough for a typical suitcase.

Quick one night layover
While named hotel, this place was very clearly a hostel. It was actually much smaller than I originally thought with one room with 8-10 bed/pods. Each bed/pod had a thick felt magnetic cover for privacy, ear plugs, a small fan and a small locker with a built-in combo lock. Wifi was secure and they email you a QR code after you checkin which unlocks the outside door. The bathroom had 2 showers, 2 sinks and couple toilets and had dispensers for soap, toothpaste, and shampoo. Shoes must be taken off inside but they provide sandals that can be used anyway except the showers. The location is unbeatable only a couple blocks away from Sheung Wan station.

My stay at Sleeep Hotel was great. My first time at a capsule hotel and it was interesting. I had to adjust to a small space and shared quarters but honestly it’s great. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Bed and pillows and blankets were exactly what I requested. The curtains does not exactly keep our sound but that’s to be expected. Overall I would come back again.

Tags zuvor noch in einem 5 Sterne Hotel, habe ich mich trotz 1 Stern sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Musik und Flüsterton lassen einen aus dem Trubel in Hong Kong schnell runter kommen. Nichts für Paare oder Partyleute. Minimalistisch, absolut sauber und günstig. (Seifen und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt)

地下鉄上環駅から歩いてすぐですが、セントラルからも歩いて行けます。 場所は若干わかりづらいかもしれません。 システムはとても先進的。チェックインからアウトまでスマートフォンで全てを済ます感じです。 室内はこじんまりとしており、部屋数はわずがです。トイレ、シャワールーム共に清潔だと思います。

Perfect spot just to rest. Close to everything and very clean and quiet. If you're carrying a medium to large heavy suitcase, you might want reconsider staying here as it might be a tad difficult getting it up and down the stairs, mercifully there's only a short flight.

The space is very well designed, minimalist, practical and beautiful. Everything was very comfortable and the people who worked there were particularly lovely. I however struggle to sleep well in hostels, and at the end of the day, Sleeep is a very small and unique hostel. The sound still travels though, which may not be a problem for deeper sleepers. Thank you!

Terrible, upon arriving at 9pm I was informed that the hotel is overbooked. A alternative room was offered far away in a slum area which was refused. I then spent over an hour looking in the neighborhood for another hotel and found one which which costs 2.5 times more. There was no proper follow up of my case. There should be compensation for the inconvenience and the additional hotel cost.

The stay itself was decent, but the fact that U can't just check in and had to wait was absolutely awful! was waiting for reply by the door and after a long flight and the road in Hong Kong, that check in system was horrible. and when ppl check in are talking there, you can't really rest. The place has mosqitos and smell, i think should take care of the cleanness of the place.

Nice concept, but not a good value
In the end, I had a restful stay, but I cannot give a good recommendation for "Sleeep". Communication was poor. I was asked before I arrived to complete an online registration, which I was happy to do, but the online system did not work properly and I could not do so. After several courteous emails with the staff, explaining when I would arrive (about 9pm), I thought all was well. I arrived about 9:30pm after a 26-hour journey, ready for sleeep, but was prompted at the door for a registration number, which I did not have. It would have been good to know this was needed. No one was at reception to let me in, but another guest finally opened the door. I found my bed (#3) unmade, however, so I had to wait for the staff to return to clean and make up my room. Not a nice way to treat and exhausted guest. Eventually, I did get some much-needed hours of sleeep and rest, but the added hour of confusion on arrival was most unwelcome. Sleeep would be fine if/when it operates properly, but that unfortunately was not my experience. It is priced on the high-moderate budget end, but better attention to detail would add to its value. As it is, I would recommend a cheaper dorm or paying slightly more for regularly hotel room through one of the aggregate vendors, such as hotels.com. To sum up -- Sleeep is probably okay, but management needs to straighten out issues with poor communication and slovenly reception. One a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high), I rate my experience a sad 4.

We are deeply sorry about your experience that it is an unfortunate case that many things did not go well with you. Communication is definitely something that we must improve on immediately Please accept our apology that the pre-check-in system has been fixed. With regards to the reservation number that was supposed to be ready for your self-entrance, reminder e-mail would be sent before guests' arrival in order to ensure successful entrance and self check-in. All in all, we have not thought of the scenario if the guest does not have internet access. Your case is a valuable one for us to reflect and make contingency plans to cater the needs of every guest. Last but not least, though it is our practice for charging the guest for extension, our colleague did not know your unfortunate situation. Again, we should keep in mind and inform our colleague who will be on duty the next day with regards to some specific guests and grant your extended hours. Please accept our sincere apology and we look forward to serving you in the near future and witness our improvement. We really want to host you and offer you an enjoyable trip in Hong Kong. 셩완역, 마카오페러터미널 근처라 접근성이 좋음. 시설은 전체적으로 모두 깨끗하고 깔끔한 편. 화장실은 2칸, 샤워실도 2칸. 개인공간 침대칸에 콘센트가 여러개라 좋음. ( 콘센트 2개+ USB 2개 연결가능) 캡슐호텔보단 사실 암막커튼이 있는 게스트하우스같은 느낌... (2층침대형식) 1인 여행객에게 안성맞춤. 다인이 동행하는 여행이라면 비추천!

上環にあるおしゃれなカプセルホテルです。 駅からも徒歩10分以内の便利な場所ですが、最初はとてもわかりにくかったです。通りの住所の場所にはなく、その横の階段を登っていったところの階段の途中にあるので、まずそこが注意点。 あとは、まさにカプセルホテルといった趣な上に、部屋がとてもシンプルかつ機能的に作られていて、おしゃれです。 ポジティブな話としては、ベッド・手荷物収納・シャワー・トイレという基本機能に特化して、機能的に配置されています。手荷物を入れるロッカーもメールで鍵となる番号が送られてきたり、QRコードで入り口の鍵があいたりと、IoTを十分活用している感じ。内装もシンプルかつ洗練されたデザインでした。 ネガティブな話としては、やはりカプセルホテルなので、工夫されているにしても、他の宿泊客の寝息が聞こえたり、トイレに行ったりする音が聞こえたりするので、気になる方には向かないです。あと、スペースも全体的に狭いので、「どこで着替えるんでしたっけ?」という感じの狭さです。ベッドが完全なパーソナル空間になるので、なんとかなるし、シャワー室に小さな荷物も持ち込めるので、そこでなんとかなる感じですが。 寝るだけ・日中出撃するための拠点という割り切りであればとても使えると思いますが、ホテルで作業をするという使い方には向かないと思いました。

Good butthe price is quite expensive.
It was ok, the internet link wasn’t working really well só it was quite hard to get inside and I found that some people where having the same problem. I recommend you do the registration before you arrive at the hotel.

近未来ホステル
時代の最先端をいきすぎて、最初は戸惑いを隠せませんでした。しかし、痒いところにも手の届く、居心地最高のホステルです。12時間のステイだけで充分な旅行者にはもってこいでしょう。香港なので、入り口は見つけにくいですが、これはどこも同じです。

최적화된 나홀로 숙박장소
혼자 숙박하기에 아주 좋은 것 같아요~ 공용 화장실 및 샤워장이지만 깔끔하게 잘 되어있고, 타워도 제공해주네요~ 예약하고 QR코드를 받아가야 체크인을 바로 할 수 있는데, QR 코드 인식이 잘 안되서 메인 문을 열고 들어가는게 조금 아쉽네요.
