"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service and hospitality were of an exceptionally high standard. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism, which made our experience truly memorable. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay even more comfortable. We sincerely hope to return again in the future."

"The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. From early check-in at 13h instead of 15h without extra cost, to calling the taxi company to make sure that the taxi that picked us up had octopus payment available. Also the small touches like when you walk in after a day in town a staff member will walk to the elevators to press the button already before you get there, that way the wait time is less. The location of the hotel is also good being in central and so close to the famous Lin Huang tea house. Definitely a value-for-money hotel with outstanding staff."
