'We will stay again. There is a problem with the reservation between the hotel and hotels.com where the executive room was not secured according to reservation and I had to pay extra to move to executive rooms'

'I recently had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao. The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast offers great choices. Special thanks to Spawn Li, whose service was truly outstanding. From check-in to every request, Spawn was warm, professional, and attentive. Spawn even wrote taxi directions in Chinese for me, which was incredibly helpful. This genuine care made my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank...
