'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Niet de meest vriendelijke receptie. Bewegwijzering op de eerste etage kan beter. Dit wordt niet goed aangegeven door de smalle gangen. De roomservice kan ook beter. Ik gaf mijn creditcardnummer door maar moest van de dame die erg onvriendelijk was naar het restaurant komen. Daar aangekomen was er niemand die iets van af wist.
