De grote Lanai met een vrij uitzicht op de oceaan biedt plaats comfortabel zeven. U zult genieten van het bekijken van de zonsondergang vanaf hier of gewoon genieten van drankjes en maaltijden terwijl u kijkt naar de surfers, zeilers en paddle-boarders. Er is een mooie patio en een zitgedeelte op gras alleen beschikbaar voor gasten van het Diamond Head Beach Hotel met tafels, stoelen en ligstoelen. Luisteren naar de oceaan vanuit alle kamers in dit appartement op de 11e verdieping maken dit een uitzonderlijke vondst in Waikiki!

Spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan en Diamond Head ~ 2 slaapkamers (1 kingsize bed, 1 full size en nieuwe tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer), hoekopstelling op hoge verdieping Gloednieuwe eigenaar November 2019 ~ Diamond Head Beach Hotel aan de Gold Coast.

De twee slaapkamer appartement (met aparte ingangen voor de twee slaapkamers) slaapt comfortabel zes door het aanbieden van een kingsize bed, een full size en een koningin slaapbank. Het is een hoekopstelling, groot (meer dan 1.000 vierkante voet, inclusief de Lanai). Dit goed onderhouden appartement heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een heerlijk verblijf, inclusief een nieuwe 55 "inch Samsung smart-televisie. Er is een grote keuken (vaatwasser, magnetron, koelkast, fornuis / oven).

De keuken is volledig uitgerust, inclusief een koffiezetapparaat, blender, rijstkoker, broodrooster, servies en kookgerei. Moderne vaatwasser, koelkast en magnetron. Wasmachines en drogers zijn gemakkelijk verkrijgbaar in het gebouw met lift.

Onze gasten betalen geen resorttoeslag. U hoeft geen auto te huren! Waikiki verkennen vanaf hier zonder auto is handig omdat het gemakkelijk is om te lopen of bussen en taxi's te nemen. Op slechts vijf minuten lopen van het Diamond Head Beach Hotel (grenzend aan het New Otani Hotel) is er een gemakswinkel van Russell die een verscheidenheid aan benodigdheden, eten, snacks en alcohol verkoopt.

Er zijn uitstekende restaurants op minder dan vijf minuten lopen. Michel serveert lunch en diner in de Colony Surf in Kalakaua 2895. De beroemde Hau Tree Lanai is een openluchtrestaurant in het New Otani Hotel in Kalakaua 2863 en serveert ontbijt, lunch en diner .. The New Otani heeft twee andere leuke restaurants ~ het Miyako Japanese Restaurant en de Sunset Lanai.

Verder naar het westen op Kalakaua ligt Lulu Lulu's op 2586 Kalakaua open vanaf 07:00 uur. m. tot 2:00 a. m. Cheeseburger in Paradise bevindt zich op 2500 Kalakaua open vanaf 07:00 uur. m. tot 12 a. m. Duke's, beroemd om brunch, tropische drankjes en live muziek, bevindt zich op 2335 Kalakaua en is geopend vanaf 07:00 uur. m. tot 12:00 uur. m. Je vindt ook McDonald's, Burger King en Subway in hetzelfde gebied. De ABC-winkels zijn uitstekend geschikt voor geschenken en snacks. Als u van winkelen houdt, zult u graag een wandeling maken langs Kalakaua, waar veel lokale en internationale winkels zijn die kleding, sieraden, schoenen en souvenirs verkopen.

BIG SAFETY ISSUES but incredible view

It's hard to beat the view and location, however, this property should not be listed as a 'family favorite' as it is NOT safe for small children. This is the main reason I left one star for accuracy of online listing. All of the window coverings have long, floor length dangling cords which are VERY unsafe for small children. This is a massive safety issue for toddlers or younger children. The other safety issue is the patio/lanai - it is shallow in depth and full of patio furniture including the owner's storage box which is pushed right up to the edge on one side. A small child could climb up and easily fall off. The patio door is broken and constantly was either stuck open, or stuck close - NOT ideal for safety of small children. The door needs to be replaced. We ran out of dishwasher tabs/soap, garbage bags and hand soap during our stay - a sufficient amount of these basic amenities should have been provided for our group (5ppl) and length of stay (9 nights). The property managed responded promptly but the actual items weren't provided until 2 days after the request. We wouldn't stay here again unless safety upgrades were made.

Pretty much a perfect spot, great view, plenty of space, close to anything you could want to do, and right next to a bus stop for stuff that's further away. Quick responses from the owners whenever there were questions or changes. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need. The beds were plenty comfortable. All around a fantastic stay all together. Given the chance to come back this is easily the first location I'll be looking at.

We’ve stayed in this building before so we knew what to expect regarding the age & quaintness of it. But this particular condo needs some major maintenance, repairs and upgrades. The supplies are very limited and sparse including kitchen dishes, glassware, cookware and bathroom towels. The basics that were there need to be updated. There was nothing extra like placemats or a tablecloth etc. Many of the items that are pictured in the listing were not there. It just was not a welcoming stay unlike other VRBO listings but was very clean which is always appreciated. The management replied quickly to any messages. Check in is easy. The best thing going for it is the location and the large balcony and the outdoor grounds are great! We enjoy the area.

The apartment is amazing, the lanai unbelievable. Although it was often too hot to use. Still, we enjoyed the view. The twin bed is rather small for two adults but the sofa bed is good. The kitchen only has minimal equipment. The concierge is s great bonus, providing us with dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and additional towels. Mahalo

Breathtaking Views

Words really can’t describe your ocean front, 11th floor viewing experience from the balcony. The combination of the quieter neighborhood but short walk to the beach make this a perfect location. Best of both worlds!

Amazing location

Our family of 5 had a great stay at the property. The location was great because it was south of the busy area but easy to walk to. The lanai overlooking the ocean was a great place to relax and watch the waves. We would definitely come back!

Really liked our place. Very clean. The communication with our host was excellent. They provided plenty of linens. Additionally, the place had some games, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. The place could use some cosmetic updates but they are nothing that took away from the overall experience. The location is great. There's a beach that is about a 5-7 walk and it is perfect for snorkeling, surfing, or just relaxing. Plus, the location is only about a 10-15 minute drive from most restaurants, shopping, etc.

Beautiful view but.....

I give it a 10/10 for the view. Sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous on the balcony. Communication with Mark was great. We did run into a few issues while we were there and Mark tried to resolve them. Check-in is easy and you'll be sent specific instructions. The condo is on the 11th floor and the elevator comes in handy. The photographer really did a great job. They made it look boho chic, but upclose the furniture is very outdated. I felt like they put half the effort in this place and photographed the best parts. The beds were ok. Pillows in the larger room were uncomfortable and i woke up with major neck pain. The wifi does not connect in the smaller room. Mark gave me another another wifi account and it worked. We stayed for 5 nights and were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults so we had to go buy more which is an inconvenient. It rained and water was coming in from the windows. It did not affect us but they do need to make some upgrades - seal around the windows, paint the condo especially the bathroom (small window in the bathroom is not easy to open and close.) The balcony is spacious and is the best part of the condo. There is a note on the sliding glass door to leave the door slightly opened and I highly suggest that you do or you can get locked out which we did once but a family member inside let us in. There is a laundry room in the garage which came in handy. It takes quarters or card. You will also need quarters for the meters across the street. It's .25 cents for 30 minutes from 10 am - 6 pm. It's not that bad but there was so much parking available in the parking lot of the condo and for the price you're already paying for the condo I just couldn't believe that they wanted to charge $30 a night for it. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure every condo comes with at least 1 parking spot. Our main complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. I understand you're in a tropical paradise and bugs are the norm, but it's not normal for us. We found 3 small roaches during our stay and this was my husband's biggest concern before stay here. Mark sent out pest control and they didn't find any critters but we did again that night. We checked all our bags before heading home. We were offered a refund for 1 night if we wanted to go find another place to stay but it would be too much to try and check out and find a place. The location is great but lots of motorcycles at night. Can walk to Waikiki shops and restaurants.

Relaxing and Close to Beach

This place was perfect for our family: plenty of room, clean and beautiful restful views of the ocean. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gentle breeze while watching the surfers below. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others.
