It is unfortunate that we do not meet expectations of every guest, despite our best effort. Our listing clearly states "Public Parking Garage nearby $../24 hours", and gives specific rate how much it will cost extra. That does imply guests have to pay for their parking. That is the case everywhere else in Waikiki. We are in the safest spot, across from the main beach, and across the street from Hyatt Regency, where guests are charged an additional, much higher rate for parking on top of the nightly rate that is more then triple of ours. Most of the people you would encounter in our building are tourists from around the world, who recognized the exceptional value we provide. We offer a very clean and a safe accommodation at a most competitive price. Dozens of repeat customers we have had over the years can vouch for that.
