The stay was amazing, if your not planning to stay in all day as we were pretty much out enjoying our activities and slept most of the 2 nites. 'Location near two step, pebble beach and other stuff south of Kona. Christine the caretaker was very nice. Perfect sunset view from the deck. Only issue was the small fridge which tended to condensate. Ice maker was good but no freezer space. No kitchen stove but hot plate worked fine.'

'We loved our stay in the house for the weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the views are incredible from the lanai. We love the beach and taking in the sunsets. The driveway is very steep and you should just park on the side of the road in front of the house. Great stay!'

'This is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. House has everything you could ask for with comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen with spices on hand. Game room and dvds on first floor. 'We found everything we needed in a restful home base during our 3 nights at this guest house. Steve, our host was very friendly and helpful. The gardens were a treat to wander through and we awoke to the sound of birdsong every morning. We really appreciated the beach towels, and cooler provided for our visits to the nearby Punalu'u' Beach and Ho'okena Beach Park.'
