'My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,...

'We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin in Hoodsport! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the canal and surrounded by endless hiking trails and lush nature. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed. Peaceful, scenic, and thoughtfully equipped—this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!'

'This property is absolutely amazing. The view of Lake Cushman, the quiet, the lake access. All of it is top tier. When we travel, we pick the place based on the view and access to the water, not too much on the amenities (except when we travel to warmer climates we always make sure there is AC). That being said, this property has literally anything you need. We took advantage of the toaster oven, gas oven & range, the blackstone grill, washer/dryer, literally all of it. The showers were great...

'Only negative was the loud construction next door, from 7am until 6pm…but we took several day excursions, so wasn’t too difficult to deal with. Jeff was a wonderful and very helpful host!'
