'This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming...

'The yurt was very comfortable and clean. The pictures were accurate and we really appreciated the tie out for our dog. You really only need to bring yourself and your food. What a great way to camp! We did have some terrible with the power staying on but the host was extremely responsive and did his best to help. We will be back. '

'This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. Very private. Lovely nature all around. Hot tub was hot and perfectly functional. Grill was clean and also functioned well. Washer and dryer clean and newer model. We would for sure stay here again if in the area! Host was always prompt to respond and informative.'

Dan (the host) was accommodating and active in making sure we had everything we needed. The geodome was a fun experience and gave us plenty of additional room to hang out and sleep. 'This property is a gem! From the spices, cookware, dishes, and towels in the kitchen, to the extra pillows, blankets, cots, and air mattresses for the bedrooms, to the boards and sleds for fun at the Dunes, everything was clean and well-stocked. It's a very private spot, so our family was able to just enjoy the getaway and focus on each other without the distraction of needing or worrying about the property. 'We celebrated our 20th anniversary here and we hope this place is around for years to come for us to bring friends and family. 'The Outdoor Living Spaces are superb with a covered patio, open patio, deck and hot tub. It is so quiet and so dark at night the stars just pop out like crazy. A Slice of Heaven on earth. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The beds and linens were so comfortable. We have never stayed at a VRBO that is so well supplied. The views are magnificent from every window. Everything about the house is first class!'

'First impression was that the entire home was very clean. The 3 King bedrooms were perfect for 3 adult couples. We had plenty of space to spread out, enjoyed making breakfasts in the kitchen, and was just a short ride into Alamosa for supplies. Karen (host) provided excellent, clear instructions on accessing the property and other details about the amenities, and shared recommendations on restaurants! Overall, we were very comfortable in this home, and can't think of anything that was missing!'

'This was the perfect base for our time at the great sand dunes and zapata falls. We didn’t have much time so being right there was so helpful. And the property is adorable and well equipped. Highly recommend!'
