'When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

'The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.'

'My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. '

'This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed at all—like the bed had just been made without actually changing them. There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom door was broken, and overall cleanliness was just terrible. It got to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable...

'There was an overwhelming scent on arrival— like a combination of bad cologne and cleaning product. Our room was the same and windows could not be opened. The place is worn out and though generally clean, things like cracks in sink, sloppy caulking, and stained toilet made it feel dirty.'

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '
