'The Summit is a 1906 grand hotel with all the trimmings associated with a historic bld. If your thing is hanging around the grand lobby, sitting in front of the fireplace chatting with other guests, this place is for you. The rooms are what you would expect in an historic Inn. The rooms meet the needs, but the lobby, bar and restaurant is the place to hang out and soak up the beautiful architecture. Id return for a longer stay. '

'This is a very nice property i enjoyed my stay there, and there is alot to do around the area, i would definitely go back again, my only 2 negatives if you consider them negative is one there is no outside light so bring a flashlight its very very dark outside the porch, the second is it has a washer listed in post but there is not one on aight which wasnt a issue they have a laundrymat near by, other then that as long as the neighbor doesnt have their dogs out its a very very peaceful nice...

'The place is full of eye candy inside and out with attention to detail. A lot of thought and design in each room. Very comfortable and clean. Huge beautiful bathrooms. We were there on a Wednesday night in September, so only people there; a little weird with self check in and being in this giant house alone. Although the self check-in was really easy and well managed. Parking was across street up a staircase, so drop bags first. '

'A lovely stay at Paddlers Lane Retreat. Room was cozy and had everything I needed. Close enough to food options but off the path so it was very quiet and serene. Dan was a pleasure to chat with and very helpful with recommendations. If I pass through again, I'll definitely stay here. '

'Perfect location, easy to find and check in was a breeze. We arrived much later than planned and the porch light was turned on for us. It was a small gesture, but very much appreciated. The house was spotless, cute and super comfy. The house rules were super simple and clear. Nicole was very responsive with communication. We look forward to staying again. Hopefully we'll get a chance to use the firepit next time. '
