'Fantastic studio flat, really well laid out and really well equipped and in great condition. The kitchinette was really good with good range of cooking utensilsIt was spotless and it's in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the castle. Couldn't ask for anything better and I would definitely use them again.'

'Very close to the centre, with restaurants and cafés. The self catering in the house was great too. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was a great living area downstairs too! The host, was very good. He organised an earlier time for us to get into the house and his directions were brilliant. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Excellent base to explore the lakes and dales. We started in a 2 bedroom apartment with marina view and it had everything we needed, easy access, great facilities and an excellent pub/restaurant next door. '

'My wife and I had a lovely stay in Crooksland, despite the weather. There were ample opportunities for walks in the Lake district and we also loved visiting Blackpool on a sunny day. The only things we had not really expected were that the cottage is really small and does not have a nice view. You only see the table and chairs in the garden and your car.'
