'The hotel rooms are located around an inner atrium. There is nightly loud music in the atrium that is clearly audible in the rooms. The music is annoying and continues till at least 10pm, but often well past. I called and complained but nothing was done. It's not clear why the music is loud and goes so late given that I could see the bar area from my room and there were non patrons at all. There is also only one elevator bank putting many of the rooms quite far from the elevators. The...

'Bed was comfortable. Locations was great. So many restaurants in walking distance. No free breakfast but the Starbucks in the lobby was very good.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Stayed for 1 night here. Looks like La Quinta maybe recently bought this property as it still had the previous name on the door and outside. It was kinda of dump and am surprised they would put their name on this before the renovations are completed. Reviews had stated lots of renovating was happening but overall had good reviews so we booked. It was awful! The renovations were thru out the lobby and the pool area was closed. 'Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property'

'This is a downtown location with a bit limited parking but otherwise has a small restaurant in it and good coffee area. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and is in safe area. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well.'

'Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable. The ambiance created by the hotel design was relaxing. The rooftop was a nice surprise. The only negative was that the listing said beach access and it was not by the beach. However downtown Norwalk and the beach area is less than a 10 minute drive. Will be returning.'
