'We verbleven hier voor het King Biscuit festivsl in Helena Arkansas. Op zich een leuk hotel, maar voor ons was de afstand naar Helena te ver, dus de volgende keer wat dichterbij zoeken. '

My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful.'

'Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...

'The door stuck and was very hard to open. THE SHEETS DID NOT FIT THE BED, THE COFFEE DID NOT FIT INTO THE COFFE MAKER. THE TRAY WAS OVER SIZED. THE COFFEE WAS LOSE IN THE ENVELOPE. THE IRONING BOARD COVER WOULD NOT STAY ON THE IRONING BOARD. ONE OF THE WORST STAYS I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME.'

'I enjoyed visiting the Horseshoe Casino property at Tunica. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I did miss the buffet they had years ago.'

'The gym was small, but basically fine. Loose weights were sufficient. Cardio machines were also totally fine. Would have liked an extra bench for exercises and, this was really less, on the latpully there were not enough loose handles with it. This made the machine virtually unusable.'

'My stay(1st stay) wasn’t bad. Really nice room. 1-bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly still had hair and spots in the tub/shower. 2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower. Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see.'

'The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours.'
