'I stayed at the Mitre several times during my visit to England. Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. Professional, kind, thoughtful, helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Ashley, Sabrina, Alina and Blaze - thank you. Good to know - Air conditioning units were being installed in some of the bedrooms as I left!!'

'Een fijne plek om te verblijven. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker en goed verzorg ontbijt, schone kamer, heerlijke douche en bed. Op loopafstand restaurts te bezoeken. Bovendien centraal gelegen en met openbaar vervoer makkelijk in London city te komen.'

'The room is clean and spacious but cold; I couldn't get the heating to work. The bathroom door didn't close. No bottle of water or tissues were provided. There was no small towel in the room (I got one when I asked). Breakfast is fine but limited. The staff is nice. All in all, it's a fine stay, but for a newer hotel, it could be better.'
