'Everything was nice except the room I was in, it had a really bad smell coming from the drainage system. Bathroom shower and sink. Didn’t'

'Muy limpio y camas muy cómodas.'

'Great customer service!'

'This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Professional, super clean, well equipped, comfortable and with lovely staff. Every single one of our needs and wishes were granted. In a great area of Guadalajara. We will certainly return and highly recommend!'

Neighborhood was pleasant and we enjoyed being in Colonia Americana. Only negative thing was hot water went out for two days. Manager comped us food/drinks at the coffe shop and had the water fixed by the time we arrived back to room'

'Great location!'
