Deze prachtige bungalow uit de jaren 40 is de perfecte plek om te verblijven om alles te zien wat Hot Springs te bieden heeft. Het is een korte 5 minuten lopen naar Oaklawn paardenrennen en gamen, en op 5 minuten rijden naar badhuis rij, restaurants, bars en activiteiten.
We hebben parkeergelegenheid op straat voor 3 voertuigen, dus neem je boot mee en geniet van de vele prachtige meren in de omgeving. Het huis is een niveau met een achterdek en omheinde tuin met centrale verwarming en lucht. Leuke rustige buurt.

Comfort and quiet

When you first open the door you feel like you are visiting a friend. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Well stocked kitchen. Great covered deck in the back, perfect for bird watching while enjoying my morning coffee. The bed were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Restaurants, shopping and sights close by. We were interested in crystal mining. The house was pretty much centrally located to the mines. Having a washer and dryer was much appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Perfect little getaway!

Nice Place!

This little place is so cute and comfortable. It is perfect for two couples. Of course, one couple has to be able to get in and out of a soaking tub. But our son and DIL loved it. the old people got the shower! The beds are comfy (I loved the sheets.) The sun room is great where we stayed most of the time. I REALLY loved the wicker furniture. We will be going back!

Cute House

Cute little house that is within walking distance to Oaklawn. You cannot beat it! My family stayed here last year and the group of girls had to come back for a much needed girls weekend. Host is super easy to communicate with and we will be back!

AHCA Conference

We stayed last year for the same conference and enjoyed the stay so well, we came back this year. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to state coming in our building, but we enjoyed the time we had there. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We'll probably plan on staying again next year, if it's available.

Old, but updated; very comfortable for two couples. would have loved to see some wild birds from the back deck, but none of the bird feeders had any seed in them. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location to get to the many sights and restaurants. Bubba's Brews and Fisherman's Wharf were our two favorite restaurants with great views, good food, and reasonable prices. Enjoyed the Gangster Museum, and the Trolley ride.

Quiet Location in Hot Springs

This was our first visit to Hot Springs, and the property was well located for everything we wanted to see and do. The neighborhood is quiet, with minimal street noise. The house was very clean, with attractive & comfy furniture. There are several wonderful restaurants within a few blocks, otherwise it is an easy drive to get anywhere. Future guests should note that unlike at other properties, soap is not provided for the shower or bath. Bring your own! Also no shampoo, but we always have our own. If you plan to use the washer, bring your own detergent. The water pressure was poor, with barely more than a trickle at the sink in the main bath. Overall, we had a great stay, but several things along the way kept it from being a 5 star property.
