Quick trip to Hot Springs
We only stayed one night but this place was perfect for what we needed. The condo was upstairs, Im not sure if that was posted, it didn't matter to our family but just giving that info for others. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and my husband even talked on the way home to build a bed like that and get a mattress like that becuase he slept great. We loved the little boardwalk by the water. I wish it was warmer while we were there so we could have spent more time out there. The gated entry was super nice and easy to use. I have no complaints and would stay here again for sure. The price per night is great as well.

Loved our stay here. Condo is in a very pretty and quite area with views of the water. Everything was clean, condo is very cozy and comfortable. Close to the downtown Hot Springs area. This is a place that we would stay at again.

There are things I gave a 1 star rating to, but I actually have no idea. I was unable to go to this property due to a last minute, not having a dog (puppy) sitter. I was past the cancellation deadline and asked to move the reservation to November. I never heard back from the owner.

Great place with great views!
Absolutely loved this property. Couldn’t have chosen a place with better views or easier access to the lake. We had a blast, it’s close to everything downtown. Gave good food recommendations and all! Highly recommend.

We’ll Be back!
I love hot springs and everything about it. Loved this unit and the property it sits on! Easy to get to and around. Friendly people all around. Beautiful view of the lake from the back porch. It’s about 15-20 minutes from downtown and most of hot springs best hikes. It was a great retreat from the city. All amenities were as stated. I did a lot of reading beforehand and everyone should know there are seasonings, oven mitts, basic kitchenware, so don’t read past this one because the owner has made those improvements. I got my check in information hours before check in and was actually able to check in early after speaking with the owner who was very kind and helpful! Super clean spot. I always bring my own kitchen stuff when I travel anyway so I didn’t have to dig through too much but she had anything additional that I may have needed. My only request is a full length mirror for the master bedroom next time I stay, because I’ll be back!

Nice secluded place.
Everything went smooth and easy. Nice place in small area. The fire was a community type grill, we used the camp site grill that was by itself. The fire pit was a community one also. The owner communicated well with us. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and nice. It’s not. Big busy condo area, small and secluded.

3 star condo
I am giving a 5 star for our check-in experience. The property manager was very gracious to allow us to checkin a couple hours early even though we had only given them a short notice. It was also very clean and beds were comfortable. However, I'd give the property an overall 2 to 3 star for these other reasons. 1. Some of the vertical slats on the balcony railing are loose. I noticed this when my 1 yr old son was holding onto one of the slats and the bottom got loose. I'm so glad and thankful that the top part of that slat was in tact, if not there is a high probability of him falling off the balcony. They need to fix this ASAP and ensure these slats are screwed and not affixed with nails. 2. The kitchen was lacking a few things such as no oven mitts, very limited cooking pans and the plate for the microwave was missing. 3. There are several bulbs not working and a few places where bulbs are missing. 4. One of the tv remotes wasn't working and we notified the cleaning lady who was on the phone with the property manager to fix it. They said someone would come fix it using a new remote but no one showed up for the next 3 days we were there. We don't watch much TV anyway so it wasn't a big deal not to have this remote. 6. There was very little communication from the owners. We had to text the owner the day we arrived to get the detailed instructions for check in.

Perfect getaway
The condo was perfectly placed on the water front. When we arrived there was only one bath towel and the property owner quickly brought towels over when we asked about it. The location was quiet and peaceful and the perfect distance from the downtown area.

Check in was rough we were given the wrong condo at first then description of amenities and supplies was very inaccurate they said plenty of paper towels we had half a roll no snacks or drinks as stated toilet seat was broken. Very limited spices and dishes. But otherwise we really did enjoy our stay

The condo itself was very nice was nice, but the area around the condo needs some TLC and upkeep. Pros: Close to the water and Hot Springs. Very quite. Condo was nice Cons: AC is very noisy. Faucets need some repair. Light switches are very confusing.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was very clean and nice. The manager Carrie was absolutely wonderful!!! The only thing this particular condo needs are pot holders, mixing bowls and better non stick cookware. Otherwise everything was great!!!
