Absoluut prachtige en perfecte plek voor alleen u of uw gezin om te komen ontspannen op het prachtige Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs Arkansas en verblijf in dit geweldige huis en geniet van een mooie rustige vakantie. Eigenschap wordt geleverd met een aanlegsteiger, zwemmen dock, jetski helling, tuinhuisje en nog veel meer! In de zomer is deze accommodatie perfect om uw eigen boot mee te brengen of om er een te huren bij een van onze vele bootverhuurplaatsen en aan te meren bij de overdekte aanlegsteiger van deze accommodatie.

De ruimte

Mooi huis in een rustige buurt met twee grote patio's .4 slaapkamers 3 1/2 bad. 2 zijn master's met ligbaden een met een kingsize bed mooie glazen inloopdouche en een jacuzzi. De andere master heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen bad en douche. Het heeft ook een eigen terras boven, met een tafel en 2 stoelen. Perfect om van je ochtendkoffie te genieten en de zonsopgang te bekijken. De 2 andere kamers hebben queensize bedden. Er is een stapelbed met een tweeling op de bovenverdieping en een volledige bodem in de speelkamer. Grote woonkamer met open haard en eetkamer tafel die 10 houdt, keuken met eetkamer tafel die 8 en een kleine tafel met vier stoelen en een speelkamer met een pooltafel houdt. De keuken is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft, van bestek, borden van alle soorten, kommen, potten, pannen, blender, keukenmachine, slowcooker, 1 normaal koffiezetapparaat en een keurig apparaat. De lagere patio heeft een buitengrill en twee tafels, elk acht stoelen. Grote achtertuin voor kinderen om te spelen. Gazebo heeft een tafel met stoelen om te ontbijten, lunchen en dineren en de zonsondergang te zien ondergaan. We hebben een groot dek op het water om te gebruiken om te zonnebaden, vissen of wat u maar wilt.

Deze eigenschap begint u af met een startrol van wc-papier startrol papieren handdoeken. U zult waarschijnlijk het juiste bedrag voor uw verblijf moeten meenemen. Vergeet niet je shampoos en alles wat je nodig hebt voor je verblijf. Er is een propaangrill voor uw gemak, maar het is mogelijk dat u de propaantank moet vullen als er niets over is van de laatste persoon. Keuken is volledig gevuld met alle apparatuur, borden en potten die kunnen worden gebruikt voor het koken. Wasmachine en droger zijn beschikbaar voor gebruik in de wasruimte.

Great place for multi-generational family

The lake house worked out perfectly for our family's week long vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom (my wife and I took the Master, my son and his wife and their infant son took another, and my other son and daughter each had their own bedroom). There were additional beds if we had a bigger crew.Communication with Lucia was perfect. Smooth check-in and check-out. Everything was ready when we arrived (clean rooms and bedding, yard mowed, etc). We didn't have the need to contact her during our stay so I can't speak to that, but I suspect if we had there wouldn't have been any issues.We made good use of the kayaks that were available for journeys up and down the arm of the lake.A couple of items to note if you are considering staying here. First, the house is a multi-level split ranch layout. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, this will likely be a problem. The layout is a little wonky, but it didn't bother us. Second, the lakefront is fairly shallow...very rocky near shore and then mucky bottom. Not much of a problem for us since we spent time floating in inflatables, but might be an issue for younger kids. Lastly, there are some small items that need a little attention --- Edision light bulbs that were replaced with glaring LED bulbs, outdoor lights by shore line that weren't functional anymore (one even had a bird's nest in the globe!), and pool cues that were missing tips that made playing pool impossible. Small things that didn't impact us.

We had so much fun!

Booked this place for my Mom’s 50th, and had family from TN come over as well. Everyone fit comfortably. So many things to do everyday. We fished, swam, kayaked, and went out to downtown Hot Springs for wine tastings, shopping and dinner (Cajun Boilers, it was delicious). The hostess has the house well-supplied, especially in the kitchen, in case you forgot to bring something. There’s also a Walmart close by. The gazebo is a nice accessory, and definitely made use of it. 10/10 recommend this place!

Quiet neighborhood on Lake Hamilton

The house was large enough for our party of 10 (6 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids, and 1 infant) to stay comfortably. The house was clean and the rooms were spacious. The only downside I noticed was the echo of our kids playing. The sound travels through the house in the morning when the kids got up. No issue with the house, just something to consider when traveling with kids.

We were in town for a sporting event but wanted something by the water. The backyard and access to the lake was nice and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. At night we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. It is a relaxing stay for all ages.

Great property for a group

The river runs right up to the property, which made fishing and kayaking fun and convenient. The house had everything we needed for cooking and serving our group of 10 and there was plenty of room for games, puzzles and privacy when we wanted it. We spoke with Lucia a few times and she was very helpful & accommodating. The furnishings were good quality but are starting to show some wear. And the house was clean, but is also starting to show signs of wear. The beds were comfy and we really enjoyed our stay!

The stay was good overall. However, the TV's were difficult to work, even my IT kids couldn't figure it out. The pool table was super worn, unlevel and none of the sticks had tips. Lake water levels were never mentioned being so low, but I should have checked that.

This stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Check in was easy and host let us check in a day earlier than planned, so that was a bonus, but the listing did not state that they drain the lake in the winter!! We were very disappointed that the lake was empty and the guys couldn’t go fishing. The listing also stated there was a hot tub on the property which was only a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Pool table was in terrible shape and there were no tips on the pool sticks so the guys couldn’t play pool either. No ice maker in kitchen, no TV’s in any of the three bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen TV did not work at all. The place was very outdated and recliners in couch did not work properly. The vents and fans were all covered in dust and overall it could use a good cleaning!! The host was responsive and did not charge for the early check in so that made it better, but for the price we paid we were all disappointed in this stay.

The house is in a great area with backyard access to the water. The house itself was huge and there is definitely plenty of room, but the layout is awkward. Particularly the downstairs primary bedroom. There are certainly things that need attention, most notably the beds. I think this would be a decent house in the summer with a large group when you’re outside more.

Hot Springs Get Away

Our stay was magical. We were able to spend great quality family time together. The house was large and spacious so that we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. We enjoyed the built in table for eating and just visiting and playing uno. The outside firepit was really nice. My grandchildren enjoyed making smores. The water was very low but even with that we enjoyed the kayaks and the geese that roost right near the house. We also enjoyed the easy access to the home as well as the location which was close to everything we wanted to do. We all enjoyed downtown Hot Springs. We would definitely rent this home again.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Glorious Gateway! Check in was super easy and reaponse to our questions were immediately answered. The property was amazing! Motorcycle Riders

Our group of riders have been getting together for 22 years . We come from 5 different states in the Midwest, most of us from a medical background. This VRBO rental was just perfect for us, plenty of space, beds, and the accommodations did not disappoint. It was very nice to have a car port out on the driveway for all of our bikes. Lucia, the owner, was always available, eager to help if we had any problems getting settled in. If I am ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to book this place for my family.

Hot Springs Getaway

This is a great property with ample space inside and outside. The kids enjoyed kayaking and we rented a boat from Hot Springs Marina (excellent staff). Lake Hamilton is a beautiful lake to enjoy the day on. The owners of the house were very responsive to questions. Rules of the house were straightforward. Very easy to relax and enjoy your time here. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Easy drive to shops and restaurants on historic Bathhouse row. We’ll be back.
