'This B&B was a great alternative to the Homestead resort itself. It was close enough to easily walk to the resort within a few minutes, very reasonable in cost, and the proprietors are wonderful people. They were very welcoming, attentive to all of our needs and wants, offered satisfying breakfasts and were a pleasure to get to know. Thanks, Tammy and Dave!'

'The pictures show it as a flowery place to stay, lots of blooming plants. Going in early spring those flowers haven't bloomed yet so I was a little disappointed but understood. The closeness of all the houses was neat however you have to drive a bit to find gas and food if you don't make a reservation at the Water Wheel. Living in a city this was a big change for me. I would have like to have more insight on what other locations were good for visiting for lunch or dinner.'

'The cabin was the perfect place to spend a week hunting in the nearby National Forest. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hunting was not great, but the cabin provided a great environment to relax at. John and Linda are phenomenal hosts and great people. It was nice to get to know them this past week. Would definitely stay at their cabin again!'

'The old farm house was perfect for our two families. It was right off the highway so it was great for getting to and from Lexington for our kids races. The beds are very comfy and you have everything there to prepare meals. We stayed during winter so like most old houses there were quite a few lady bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is only one shower so getting cleaned up each night after racing took some time but overall it was a great place to stay'
